  1. It should be in the UI but since its isn't yet I'm just happy to have the ability.
  2. I think that it could be using those XML files but it isn't be nice if they somehow could be made to work with it though.
  3. I didn't think LB was setup to parse software list games only the Arcade part of MAME did the results you get have the correct titles or the MAME short names
  4. Sounds like a pretty solid machine.
  5. Maybe they are corrupted then I don't know your settings look right and it is loading the one game if you are getting that screen it is launching the emu its telling you it doesn't recognize the disc. Try changing your disc plugin to gdrimage Is GTA2 a cdi file or a different type and that is why it works? I don't use the same settings as Brad I use the other disc plug in in Demul and in LB under manage emulator I use the No space checkbox in Demul for DC and then for the Arcade stuff I name the emulator Demul [Arcade] in LB and point it to the same exe as DC but then check No Space use file name only and Attempt to hide console window. Its possible the chd plugin doesn't support cdi extension. I'm not sure but try those changes
  6. Yeah sounds like that disc is good and your other rips aren't that is the only thing I can think of.
  7. well to be fair you would probably be the only person in the world that would be interested in this but you can still click the issues/requests link in the sites header and request it on BitBucket. Honestly I'd be extremely surprised if this was ever implemented though.
  8. That screen usually comes up if you have bad discs
  9. @spycatgood advice there I turned off my show All text box and all the platform names are back in alphabetical order.
  10. I don't know if this has anything to do with anything but even MAME doesn't make software list chd's for DC games so maybe that is why there is no tool the MAME people haven't even started on this system yet?
  11. My bad in BigBox it isn't called the sidebare so I assumed you were talking about LB sorry for the misunderstanding.
  12. Yeah if you go to tools and then options there is a sidebar section where you can change what is shown over there
  13. No the CHD are over 400GB they are available at the same pleasurable place that everything else is
  14. If you get the Non-merged set you will still need the CHD files they are separate me personally I wouldn't get the non-merged set at all but there where a few files that were messed up in the 182 split set so I would just wait the two weeks and get the 183 split set when it is released. MAME romsets are by the nature of MAME filled with all types of junk with the non-merged set you are just getting duplicates of a bunch of unusable junk and that isn't for me its bad enough I keep it around just to keep the ROMs complete as is with all the mahjong fruit games and poker stuff plus the endless calculators and shit that come with the MESS ROMs that are included.
  15. Actually I just saw an earlier post here in this thread about the hide console window checkbox and since checking it it isn't crashing anymore
  16. If you have DX12 on your PC then you already have DX11 too. If you are missing an DirectX stuff it can all be gotten from MS here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
  17. It creates additional apps for games during import so say you import a game with 4 revisions LB will now combine them into one entry
  18. If you do I hope you would consider posting the script in the download section as a 3rd party application so that everyone has a chance to benefit from it.
  19. To get it working you need the Plex.lnk file. I added by pinning it to start and then dragging it off of my start menu onto my desktop in Windows 10 then when adding it to LB you point to the same file you are importing as the emulator. I just tested and it works great. This would be the method to add any other games from the Windows Store also.
  20. Most of those games have ROM files that correspond with the folder so they will be already in MAME if they are for working games. So you don't have to import them at all. You can keep them anywhere as long as you add it as a path in your MAME.ini file but by default the program is looking for it in the ROMs folder.
