  1. I left out when you right click go to edit and then check for the checkbox
  2. I believe it does it automatically but don't hold me to it.
  3. did you mistakenly hide the game somehow? search for it LB and then right click it and see if the hide checkbox is checked.
  4. Unfortunately at the moment the answer is yes.
  5. it is definitely prioritize EmuMovies over LB
  6. yeah I would definitely recommend any of Brads tutorials to learn to set things up.
  7. yeah if the game is imported already you can open the the edit window and there is an additional apps tab click that and make a new app with the ROM you want to attach. Then when you right click the game in LB or go to the game details view you can open your additional app
  8. Demul is definitely superior to Null DC it also has the ability to run a nice section of Arcade games (unplayable through MAME) also so it has that added bonus. I'm unsure as to the latest version of Null DC I haven't used it in a long while. I don't think either support .iso but don't hold me to that as I'm not 100% on that .cdi and .gdi are supported by both I believe. This link will probably tell you more than I can
  9. Also you don't need to hit f1 and go to settings video to go in and out of full screen f should do the trick
  10. Yeah they aren't really necessary unless you have a reason to need different settings for a game or a core. I use RA heavily for mostly all of my systmes and I've never used them except to rotate specific games in Atari Lynx. You may find you don't need it and it is only over complicating things by using it. When you set the custom configs up had you switched the emulator to full screen yet? I've never had it change my screen preference when using custom configs so that is weird.
  11. @ALIEif it is just that particular game add it as an additional app as that is all the rom combining is.
  12. I don't really use custom configs what game are you running and why does it need a custom config
  13. I personally don't have any experience with mobile GPU's so I'm weary of them and prefer a desktop solution. I'm also weary about buying used computers that was why I suggested going new. For your price point though they will probably suffice.
  14. Its a excellent emulator for many systems with many of the cores being the best option out there or at least as good as the standalone but with the added RA features. There are a few cores however that aren't recommended and Dreamcast if one of them for DC I would suggest trying Demul (if you have a good enough system) or Null DC if Demul proves problematic. If you set Demul up for Dreamcast you need to use -run=DC -image= as the command line and the checkbox that says mostly for Null DC has to be checked for it to work.
  15. for some extra loot you could build something brand new that would fit under your TV I used this case to build my HTPC it is able to be oriented either way you just add the rubber pads to the bottom and lay it down flat it has its own PSU built in so you don't need to buy one for the build unless you want a better one. On a side note you may want to be picky about a video card if you use this case I had to use one that didn't have the powerplugs from the PSU at the top as the case wouldn't close with the original card I had in there.
  16. Not really NP++ will mark that line red indicating there is an error. I'm not saying that this always works if you were to lose multiple lines of text this wouldn't really help you but if it is a simple keystroke that is breaking it why not just fix it.
  17. Its in version 1.4 I'm not sure if it is in version 1.3.6 or not.
  18. Which version of RA are you using.
  19. If you open a corrupted xml file in NP++ sometimes you can find the issue in the text and fix it yourself I've had it be as simple as the > being cut off of the end of a line and adding it back in fixes it.
  20. Ok are the CHD files inside of the ROMs folder with the ROMs that is all there should be to it if they are in the folder they should just work you shouldn't have to do anything more than that MAME should take care of the rest
  21. My CHD games work well when you imported your ROMs did you move them into LB or leave them where they were?
  22. I don't think that you will be able to get very good Gamecube experience out of either of those computers. I have an i3 laptop with a i3 M330 2.13GHZ and it is choppy as hell with Model 3 running. I don't know if a newer gen mobile i3 would improve this or not
  23. I'm pretty sure that if your file has just one .cue file it shouldn't matter how many other files are in the archive LB should unpack it and use the .cue. I tested the archiving when it 1st came out and that was working for my games many of which are multi-filed. I think I deleted all of my archives awhile back and just have them uncompressed if I have them I'll try to test later
