    The easiest bway to do this is point LB to your RA exe a second time you won't be able to name it RetroArch so go with RetroArch Alt cores or really whatever you want that would just make it easy to remember. In the alt emulator entry type your secondary cores into the associated platform tab and then point the roms that you want to use to the alt emulator.

    Yeah sorry I didn't think of that as its a pretty good alternative and allows you to set a lot of stuff up.

    Not really that finicky most ROMs don't change over time but yes some of the ROMs may have been altered or had name changes that would have them not working. If you aren't willing to update I don't know what you will do then.

    Is it all PS1 files that are giving you an issue or just the multi-disc ones if its the latter you can just convert those to PBP

    In case anyone finds this and doesn't want to watch a video Just name the video startup and place it in your video folder.

    non-merged and split should work the same in LB its just that the non-merged contain a ton of redundant data. If a game has 12 clones every single one of them will come with the parent included in the archive unlike the split where the parent will be in its own archive and the clone will only contain the files that aren't included with the parent.

    I have to look into how to split the controller input also I have to hit one on the keyboard each time I want to map that to the controller also

    I was just messing with it and I had to set a button I had directional but not button working except the controller works as both controllers so you are basically playing with yourself but not in a fun way.

    Also opening stand alone MAME without a game loaded takes you into the built in UI and that has even more things you can config like path video drivers just save your config and it will overwrite your .ini

    have you changed your view some views don't support video best bet is to set a keyboard press or controller button to cycle through your views then you can test them on the fly.

    You can use MAMEUI in LB as the emulator and never see the front end part and use the UI to set your settings. I've learned enough about the ini file that I'm comfortable with not using the UI and setting up my settings in the text document

    I don't know 100% but I'm going to guess the LB isn't by default prioritizing EmuMovies over its own DB considering it isn't something all users use. So I'm guessing the translation is wrong. Its still the same as always in the English version.

    Normally it checks the xml for dupes if it finds it it won't import it if you check that box it will ignore the check and it will allow the game to be duplicated from the rom folder you are importing from.

    LB will run on a portrait monitor. How the game looks once you launch it will be determined by your emulator say you launch a landscape game on the monitor if it has enforce aspect on it will place it in a small box if you have that off it will scrunch it all up and try to fit it onscreen but that is all emulator specific.

    small separate issue if you open BigBox on a multiple monitor setup that is only using the one monitor in BigBox (no mirror or no marquee) and you use the secondary monitor to close BB from the taskbar it doesn't release the taskbar hiding on the primary monitor and is still running in Task Manager.

    Okay have some more news error message only occurs if you use the button in LB to start BB if I use Windows search and start BigBox then I don't get the error message if I use the button in LB then I get the error messages.

    Good to know you may have it fixed. I don't know which beta I 1st saw it in there has been a few quick ones over the last few days but I guess 2 nights ago I tried it

    Yeah I missed the they boot in demul part. I would say it is a setting somewhere.

    Maybe try finding another awbios.zip if none of the game work.
