  1. Yeah I believe mine is seen as a generic USB controller
  2. these are the ones I purchased https://www.amazon.com/Easyget-Encoder-Joystick-Illuminated-Buttons/dp/B00WAY9848/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1531253236&sr=8-14&keywords=zero+delay+usb+encoder
  3. no that setup is joystick encoders not keyboard I have those and if you look in the picture you will see two encoders and two USB plugs so its like having two controllers.
  4. no if you have the merged CHDs they will all be in the folder so it should work.
  5. Yeah most likely you are going to struggle with Demul and those specs even if you do get the games running.
  6. Just get a nonmerged set and delete what you don't want its set up so it doesn't have any dependencies.
  7. Try increasing your power plan while on battery. The power settings now are most likely set to conserve battery so it is throttling your cpu
  8. You can never go wrong with a half naked hottie with a whip
  9. To be honest I totally didn't reread the 1st post and this is the exact guide I used to get BGFX to work once I had it set I didn't really need to make changes to it. So I kind of misunderstood and probably shouldn't have commented at all.
  10. BGFX can be set in the MAME.ini now (and has been able to for some time) the post you are quoting is almost 2 years old
  11. keyboard shortcuts are like the fastest way to do anything on a computer so why you may think that its fiddly I doubt many others will and at the same time the right click context menu is a pretty tried and true method of offering options in basically any well coded program. These are tried and true methods found pretty much everywhere in software so if they aren't good enough for you I really don't know what else to say. I don't see navigating to the details pane and clicking something to be a better solution and that is the only thing you mentioned.
  12. If you move it to a different drive but all the paths to your locations (ie emulators and roms) stay the same as the information LB is already using then there shouldn't be any issues.
  13. Old way sucked new way sucks (which is really jut the old way minus one option) do better. I mean I know keyboard shortcuts and the right click context menu are "fiddly and clunky" perhaps LB should just read your mind and display your images whenever you get the whim to see them.
  14. with your user name I wouldn't think you were capable of making such a big mistake
  15. Well while it being a superior game is definitely subjective as its his list his subjectivity would be reflected if it bothers you so much just add the game manually.
  16. I mean you can use ctrl + left click to select multiple issues at once and fix them but I doubt there is a way to roll them back. I looked at one of my playlist xml files but there isn't any series data stored in them so can't change them there. The only suggestion I can make is be much more careful in the future.
  17. you can click any game and change the emulator by editing and then going to the emulator tab and setting the emulator there or you can use the launch with option when you right click a game and just choose the emulator there without changing the default emulator.
  18. Open LB got to tools>Options. got down to Gamepad/joysticks and uncheck zaxis scrolling and see if it helps if not I'm fresh out of suggestions. (yes I know your issue is in BB I believe this is one of the settings that carries over)
  19. When you said particular series I didn't take it in the right way I thought you meant the series itself as in all the issues of that series not the setting in LB. I opened one of my platform xml files and the series tag is in there so unless the backup you used was made right after you made your changes I don't know what the issue is.
  20. you can look in the backup folder and see if there is an older xml for your platform then rename it and replace it in your platform folder inside of the data folder. This is why everyone should have a backup of their Data folder on a different computer or in the cloud.
  21. Nah its not like that people don't own threads here they all belong to the community. I'm just glad someone read this post and found it useful so feel free to post anything relevant to the topic in this thread
  22. Yeah there is a 2nd Atari Force series that runs I think 20 issues but I didn't mention them as they weren't included with any games.
  23. Is DOS the only platform you have noticed it on by chance or is it everywhere.
  24. I would try unchecking it and testing the results.
