I just tested with 2 different versions of Quake I have installed and they combined fine. Not sure how you have your games imported but I import shortcut files for each game and not use the LB Windows games importer so I don't know if that would cause an issue if you did use that importer.
Are you using an Alt + F4 autohotkey script to close out the emulator ? Sometimes that can cause issues with certain emulators not saving games properly because it can't save the game to the sram file.
I just tested out Mario64 and it saved out just fine using Retroarch and the Escape key to close out.
Here's a couple of covers for Hook.
Also just a reminder that all of my covers can be found on my Google Drive and there should be covers for every MSU hacked game even if I have not been keeping this thread up to date with every new cover.

Feature requests should go here: https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/new
Putting them on the forums they will just get lost in the shuffle.

You will want to use the text from the system column and text in brackets from the brief column.
For example if you were to load an X68000 game you would want the command line:
x68000 -flop1
There is no easy way to do this and simply deleting files that are not imported will cause more problems because it will delete bios files such as the neogeo.zip and qsound.zip.
If you want a clean set your best bet is to download a Non-Merged set and hand pick the games you want. The Non-Merged set is "one file one game" so there are no dependencies at all.
Yeah there are a lot of dumps out there from back in the days of the Dreamcast because it was a completely open pirated system. People just had to rip some stuff or recompress some stuff to get the games to fit on a CD instead of a GD Rom which held 1 gig of data instead of 700 megs.
These are awesome, I replaced all my Sega CD boxes with them. Is there any chance of getting a Pier Solar one made even though it officially doesn't really exist ?
It might be possible it was under another name, clone or something. I don't know of any clone names that it could be under at all, i'm just saying it might be a possibility.
