  1. Sounds like the emulators dont accept a rom passed via commandline when a rom has already been passed and loaded. You would need to set hotkeys in the emulators to ACTUALLY close them out, as it sounds like they are simply being task switched and moved to the background at the moment.
  2. If they come with neoragex then they are likely a very very old romset and simply not compatible with more recent emulators, even ones based off of 2012 codebases.
  3. There was a price increase in January, so $75 is the correct price for a lifetime license.
  4. Launchbox has no interaction like that with emulators, it just loads the game. The emulator would need to support something like that, and i dont know of any that do. You may be able to get something similar via shaders in retroarch, but im not hopefull, as i doubt anyone wants there games looking blurry like that.
  5. That is just the default location, if you tap on/select that you should be able to navigate to your sd card.
  6. Your image is showing media for our database, the next screen is for emumovies. Also make sure you are actually logged into your emumovies account in Launchbox.
  7. As i said you cant use the same emulator entry for arcade that you are using for Dreamcast, as the different platforms require different boxes to be checked as the games are loaded differently. You will want to remove those arcade systems from your current demul Dreamcast entry and add a new emulator. Call it something like Demul Arcade and point it at the same demul.exe. Add your arcade systems and there commandlines to this entry and check the arcade related boxes on the main screen, i think you need to check the "no space before rom name" and the "use filename only" checkboxes. I dont have it setup myself so hopefully @Retro808 can confirm the exact boxes that need checking.
  8. You have been offered plenty of help, you just just fail to provide any of information that we ask you for. We cant help you if you fail to provide us with details on the issue. Email support@unbrokensoftware.com and ask for a refund.
  9. Also you cant use the same demul entry for Dreamcast and Arcade, as they need different boxes checking.
  10. The scaling on the Steam import form is off with any Windows scaling other than 100% and means you cant see the bottom game in the list due to overlap. Windows scaling 175% Windows scaling 200% Windows scaling 100% is fine but WAY to small to use.
  11. You can select any local path you like, but i dont believe network storage is supported as of yet.
  12. What version is your romset and MAME emulator version?
  13. You are missing the point here, we have to have a "select" button in order to do anything in the UI, how would you change any options otherwise? Of course if you have the "Play Game" option highlighted "select" starts the game, thats just how UI design works, also i certainly wouldnt want it removed under any circumstances, i NEVER use the play button, i find a game and select it, just like 99.9% of our users do.
  14. Use it in what way? My understanding is romcenter is for organizing and renaming roms, so you would point it at your roms, not a emulator?
  15. Its the default theme, just at 4K with 175% scaling, and i disabled some of the stuff at the top that i dont care about like genre, region, status etc. Which can be done in the options.
  16. That is a consequence of you not combining roms at import.
  17. You can also import the files by just using the search built in to Windows explorer. Just go to the folder and type *.gdi in the search box, highlight them all and drag and drop onto Launchbox to start the import wizard. This is the recommended way for file types that have more than one file, Launchbox only needs the one file, usually the .gdi or .cue file.
  18. Game manuals are not something we provide. You need a emumovies subscription for that. So they are always there.
  19. there is no difference, what you setup in Launchbox carries across to Bigbox.
  20. You will need to be in "Platform Category" view to see the grouping as such also.
  21. Right click a platform, edit.
  22. OK, so this sounds like a simple incorrect, or not correctly setup in buttons the options. As i say i have never used the flirc, but have looked into buying one on several occasions, so i understand what it is and how it works. Do you have a button on the remote set to "Escape" or to "F4" as that is what is used to exit emulators?
  23. The flircs and harmonys just send keyboard presses if setup correctly. Just want to check one thing though, you say harmony hub, is that setup to control your PC via bluetooth, or are you using both the flirc and the harmony hub, essentially sending the same commands twice? I should add i havent looked at this myself, as i dont have a flirc, but i do have a harmny hub which is seen by Windows as a keyboard.
