  1. Then you need to tell launchbox to use it, it doesn't read minds. Tools/manage emulators/retroarch/associated platforms.
  2. But what about people like myself that dont want the game title screenshot first? If it was added it would need to be a option that the user could specify in the options. So not as easy as just changing the priorities in the code for Jason.
  3. That is of course entirely your decision, but i did help someone else get there 8bitdo controller working on Windows 7 using that driver and it worked flawlessly for him, but as i say completely your choice.
  4. To add, that controller or any xinput bluetooth controller will not work on Windows 7 natively. Windows 7 simply does not support xinput over bluetooth, so that may be your issue if you are connecting it in xinput mode. There are unofficial drivers on the web to get xinput over bluettoth working on Windows 7, but as i say they are unofficial. EDIT: Here is the link if you are interested.
  5. You would change it in Bigbox like normal. The plugin just closes Kodi and opens Bigbox, its not integrated into Kodi, they are still separate programs.
  6. Yeah, some platforms are pre populated but it's far from exhaustive as so many platforms are possible to run in retroarch.
  7. You are missing a load of files and folders there.
  8. You need to pay for a premium emumovies subscription to get videos.
  9. Just add it in the empty cell at the bottom of the list.
  10. I would recommend deleting the platform and re-importing the 0.202 romset, and download the 0.202 version of MAME from there website to go with it.
  11. Yes, the romsets are numbered for a reason, and you should use the same number version of the MAME emulator also. Games can work in one romset/MAME emu version but not in another, so a game may work in one version of MAME, but not in the next and vice versa. This is the whole reason the romset and the emulator are numbered, you should always match them.
  12. Are you mixing these two different romsets in Launchbox? What version of the MAME emulator are you using?
  13. Can we clear up a few things here? In your original post you say you have a 0.193 romset, then in a later one its a 0.202, which is it? You also say you are using MAME, then later you say Retroarch, again which is it?
  14. I dont believe it is possible for you to save hotkeys per console like that, just game controls.
  15. Could it be that VLC got currupted somehow? Might be worth deleting the VLC folder and letting Launchbox recreate it and see if the issue remains.
  16. Yeah as @DOS76 said it "should" work with Bezels, its the fades that interfere.
  17. The actual core is called mednafen, it is called beetle in the Retroarch UI, but the actual core name is mednafen.
  18. If i recall i was helping someone else with this issue but for NES a while back, and i found the same as you it got broken at some point. I believe the answer there was to use version 1.6.9 of retroarch as it was working there, so use that version for just the lightgun games.
  19. Yep then it was caching its images, this is my CPU usage when Launchbox is just idling.
  20. This is a very old thread and not relevant anymore. Launchbox uses very little CPU unless it is currently caching images, do you have a very thin line going across the very top of the screen?
  21. Just go to the empty cell at the bottom of the associated platform window and double click it and type the name.
  22. Nope i just set fullscreen in yuzu itself then exited with alt f4, as escape takes it out of fullscreen for me, yuzu now remembers to open fullscreen.
  23. Correct they do not need to be installed, just point yuzu to the folder, or add them to Launchbox like any other rom based system. I have no idea how you would update them, i havent needed to so far.
