  1. No, any editing of the license file will break it, and all themes have to display the license name. If you want to change it you can email support@unbrokensoftware.com and request a name change, they may, or may not help you depending on the reason.
  2. Thats pretty normal for any program on a PC, cpu and memory will spike when the program does things, and considering all the data and images Launchbox is caching 1.8GB and a overall 22% (of which everything else on your PC is adding to that percentage) really is nothing at all, chrome with 2 or 3 tabs open will use similar resources.
  3. Then i would check your account on the emumovies website to make sure its still a paid premium account as its working as normal for me too.
  4. The "fix" is nothing we can implement, we need to wait for the retro achievements to fix it their end.
  5. Editing the default theme requires you to make a copy of it first and rename it (as to not leave Launchbox with only a broken theme) but in order to then use that edited theme with a different name you would need premium, as themes are part of the paid product I'm afraid.
  6. id try a fresh retroarch instal on the hdd, to see if its the same issue as a retroarch.cfg that already has edits to it.
  7. Couldnt it simply be retroarch.cfg related, your hitting that to set bezel paths right?
  8. A fresh instal is not a upgrade, it works exactly as described in the changelog.
  9. You can simply turn off autoplay, so you then have to click the video for it to play.
  10. Thats not a question for us, you would need to ask them.
  11. Different themes have different views, you would need to find a theme that provides the view you want, you cant just make a theme do something it wasn't designed to do.
  12. Yes, as he said, this is already possible and has been for several years.
  13. Unfortunately this means you are using a known shared or pirated license. To restore full functionality please remove the bad license and buy a legitimate license from here. https://www.launchbox-app.com/premium
  14. You said in a previous post you was trying to use the current mame core, so surely you have the current mame romset? Cause if you dont there is a likelihood that a ton of games wouldnt of worked anyway.
  15. You are extracting your roms prior to launch, uncheck that box. Ill second what Joe said though, the retroarch cores are terrible and i'd highly recommend not using them.
  16. Themes can have there own images, and those will take priority over the default images in the paths you show in your images. So check the colorful/images folder, and add your images there.
  17. I have images for those just fine, i am on premium but i havent added any icons, these were just there as part of Launchbox.
  18. "New Feature: Over 240 brand new icons have been commissioned and are instantly available in the LaunchBox sidebar (voted #3 in the last community poll); they are available immediately in the default theme, and can be easily added to custom themes. Premium users can also customize these icons to their liking by adding their own images to the LaunchBox\Images\Platform Icons folder." The last part is important here "Premium users can also customize these icons to their liking by adding their own images to the LaunchBox\Images\Platform Icons folder" so yes you need premium to add your own.
  19. Short answer, no. Longer answer, Launchbox is not a emulator, but saying that even emulators themselves do not connect to the online services the real hardware does, thats simply illegal i believe, as you are essentially accessing those services with modified/hacked hardware, and thats against terms of service for these online services.
  20. fbalpha no longer exists, it was forked off into fbneo. Launchbox should be updated with neo as the default there.
  21. Both of the images where you have smaller boxes are platforms that would usually have horizontal boxes and not vertical ones, so my guess is that theme is hard coded for that style of box, so its likely a aspect ratio issue.
  22. Im a little confused by your thread title as its mentions Dreamcast, so im gonna ignore that and assume its a mistake. As for the error -auto is that command there for that emulator in the manage emulator screen for blastem? if so simply remove it and try again.
  23. When you get a "0 Games Imported" that is 99% of the time because the game is already imported. It could be that it got combined with the same game with a different name in a different region. You can check the "force import duplicate roms" box in the import wizard, if they import that time then they were indeed already imported.
  24. This is a retroarch option, nothing to do with Launchbox.
