    Great videos! I will use some of them for sure. The only bad thing about this it's renaming the videos' name to match Launchbox's names. I know it's the webpage fault that replaces spaces with underscores. Can you do something about that? Maybe upload them zipped.

    Are you able to successfully launch a game by loading that core and launching a game using the Retroarch interface?

    You can use Launchbox and BigBox built-in controller automation to close everything but the frontend. Just set it up to hold a button, then press another to do something. In you case you set L3 as the hold button and Back to close the application. Here are some screenshots to guide you, in my case, I use Back + Start to close the applications since the arcade stick I use sometimes doesn't have L3.

    The CleanBG theme has some cool backgrounds for most platforms. that's what I use. You can also can grab Styphelus' Banners and Backgrounds. Other than those,I don't know.

    Are you sure you need to extract the files? I didn't and they're used anyway (I checked the console to make sure). I'll wait for the Tekken 5 config, I couldn't make it work properly in hardware mode without graphics errors in some stages.

    Right click the game and select edit, Change the region to Japan and then save changes. LaunchBox will display the cover (and any other artwork) for that region if it has one.

    How are memory cards handled with this plugin? I'm using folder memory cards instead of big .ps2 files since I found them more convenient. Is this compatible with that option?

    Never had that error but I remember they changed the command line syntax of the emulator after v5.0 so if you use a recent version the dolphin module won't work correctly. You have to modify a few lines to fix it (line 261, change "/b /e" to "-b -e").

    I use this simple script for Retroarch, all it does is move the cursor instantly to the bottom of the screen, it works always, no matter your screen resolution (up to 4K): MouseMove, 0, 2160, 0, R

    I use the Bsnes Balanced core for most games but I didn't knew until now it needed chip dump files. I also use the snes9x core for Super FX Chip games due to the posibility of overclocking it and have a smoother experience. brb gotta go dump some system chips, if you know what I mean.

    I've tried this emulator with this version and it's great. It's quite easy to setup by following its website's tutorial. Not all games are 40GB blu-ray hogbeasts, most of them are around 10Gb or less. And making them work on Launchbox it's very easy too. Unfortunately, it only runs a handful of games decently, and most of the exclusives are unplayable or don't even boot at the moment (before you ask, The Last of Us and God of War 3 don't work yet). That game works perfectly on the emulator as far as I know. since it's not a very complex game to emulate, It should run fine in most PCs. I would recommend you'll try for yourself to see how it works in your particular system.

    Damn, I didn't know you'll get more options in the context menu of the Explorer if you hold shift when you right click. That's quite useful, actually.

    What about the backup files? Maybe Launchbox uses them in some way to restore missing platforms if you broke a xml by editing a tag out or something.

    If you're planning to use that rig just for watching movies, playing some games here and there casually, the 1050ti is more than enough. If you'll use that machine as your main gaming rig, go with a 1060 6GB for 1080p, for resolutions higher than that you'll need a 1070 and 16 Gb to be futureproof. BTW, I have a 1050ti in my HTPC and Tekken 7 run flawlessly at 1080p and 60 fps. That card can handle any fighting game at that resolution.

    Damn, I'm thinking of making a theme myself, centered around showing off boxarts and carts instead of details and notes but I don't know the first thing about xaml. Don't tempt me!

    This is now my main theme! Thanks! I always edit the views changing shadows to be black though, just my preference. One thing I find kind of annoying is that using the vertical view with wheels fading away, when you go back a level, the new wheel it's completely transparent, it feels weird to be browsing the games seeing the wheel and when you go back they suddenly disappear until you press a button. Anyone noticed that? Can something be done about that?

    Usually, videos are 30 seconds of gameplay followed by about 5 to 8 seconds of the title screen. They have fading both at the beggining and the end of the video. That's what emomovies use anyway. I will try that plugin for uploading stuff. I've been adding somestuff to PS3 that's not on the DB.

    I have each disc separated into a different 7zip file. when you add them to LB or after, you can merge them into one game, then by right clicking on LB you can select what disc you launch, in BB there is an option show which disc to launch in the game details window.

    No command line that i know of. They just added an option in the emulator settings to automatically go to fullscreen when you launch a game.

    I tried again using the nightly build and it works fine. Last time I used a modified exe from the Persona 5's blog entry for the latest build, maybe that's why it didn't work. They added an option to launch games in fullscreen so you don't need a script for that now.

    I tried adding PS3 games to LB , launching them using the example of @ckp in previous post and managed to succesfully launch a game and go to fullscreen with the ahk script. Thing is, it only works with old versions of rpcs3. New versions use QT, it seems that during the transition, they forgot to implement command line. I guess we'll have to wait until they fix that.

    I would add correcting where it says "Ver las listas de reproducción". It's the only item that has the article "las", It would be more consistent with the formatting of the other items if it just says "Ver Listas de Reproducción". Also, I think "Apagar" (Turn off) should say "Apagar Equipo" (Turn off PC) for added clarity. Same for "Reiniciar" (Restart) and other system functions.
