  1. It is known that the new startups do not work well with RocketLauncher. There are a couple threads out there, but here is one that may have a work around... look for mrcleen74's post. It does not specifically mention Dolphin with RL, but the step might be worth a try.
  2. Menu Options at the very top of the forum has the feature request.
  3. Can you clarify this? So if you uncheck the boxes in this image when you go into manage emulators and edit your Mame set-up you still see the startup/game over screen?
  4. In Launchbox go to Tools>Options and make sure you have options ticked in the Background Image priorities.

    Genre videos

@Jeff Sundogak gave a lot of good advice just keep in mind using option 1 will only allow that theme the folders are for to show those videos. So if you switch themes you will no loger have videos if you have none in the main Launchbox video folders. So typically I would recommend placing videos in a main Launchbox folder. By doing that you ensure all themes can access the videos.
  6. What Launchbox theme are you using? If it is the default or Bad Old Monkey theme just click the image of the three lines in the upper left corner then choose "Cloud". If it is one of the LBPlex themes click the house.
  7. Just right click the playlist name and choose edit. You can change the video it is pointing to there.
  8. I have not messed with Future Pinball in a while but a quick Google search yielded this post.
  9. Zipped should not matter. All my SNES files are zipped and work fine. 1. Make sure you do not have any of the "Hide Games Missing...." options checked in Launchbox. You find them under "View" in the Launchbox menu.
  10. And some 2D if you prefer.
  11. Likewise with what @neil9000 posted. With cabinet support built into PBFX2 and PBFX3 you should not need a command line. That was the purpose behind what Zen Studios built into the cabinet support mode. FRom reading though there was on older version of Pinball FX2 that some had to use a command line with so that may be the difference.
  12. In BigBox settings under images there is a "Coverflow Image Quality" setting. Adjust it there.
  13. See my prior post. It is the cabinet logo on the bottom. Click it.
  14. Are you using Pinball FX 2 or Pinball FX 3?
  15. Inside Pinball FX directly. There will be a section for "Cabinet Support" to enter the code. In Pinball FX3 it looks like an image of a Pinball Cabinet in the top screen menu items. In PBFX2 look for the cabinet on the bottom of the screen.
  16. As long as you have rocket Launcher set up correctly and can launch your games directly in it then the only thing in Launchbox you need to do, if you are planning on just using Rocket Launcher, is to make sure the games in the platform in Launchbox are set up with Rocket Launcher as the emulator. Of course, you need to also make sure you have Rocket Launcher as an emulator in Launch Box. Right click a game and check the emulation tab. If it is not set to Rocket Launcher you need to change it to Rocket Launcher. You can edit all games for the platform by clicking on one and hitting CTRL+A. Then choose edit and in the field drop down box choose Emulator. Select Rocket Launcher.
  17. That version is a bit old but still works. Just downloaded it and tested. Working fine here on both 9.2 stable and in the beta. I am on Win 10. Works with Startup screens and without. When it goes to black screen can you hear the game running in the background?
  18. What mame are you using? Command line mame or something like MameUI or Arcade64?
  19. Try plugging it into the other pc and leaving it in there to see if you have the same issue over a period of time. If not than you can somewhat confirm something is wrong with the pc you normally use the Tankstick in. I am not to technically savvy when it comes to actual pc components so I will not be able to help there.
  20. Keep in mind the platform list and the games list will have different numbers of views. Just checked and looks in the default theme platform views had 6 totals view styles and the games list had 12 or 13. Some may have only subtle differences.
  21. Glad it is sorted. Honestly does not surprise me one bit when it comes to a pc.
  22. This issue is likely if you have Daphne as the platform then scrape the game it will return and Arcade listing. If you select it that platform will then be changed to Arcade and will now no longer show that game in Daphne (of whatever platform name you used). You will need to check in an Arcade platform or as I mentioned early on view "All Game" and find the game there and then edit it and change the platform back. You can see it here when I edit a recent upload of a Daphne game.
  23. 9.2 has feature 8.6 does not. One of which is the new Start Up and Shutdown screens you mentioned seeing. That being said it has been tested pretty well and is known to work with Mame. If you still have 9.2 installed try going into Launchbox and manage emulators. Edit your mame and go into the Startup Screen tab and uncheck the box to use Startup screens then test to see if your mame will work?
  24. It is a keyboard. It does not need drivers or anything, so if hitting buttons does not register keystrokes in anything (text file, google search field, or even their test utility) then chances are it is the board that went bad. Hopefully not......Whatever it is the signs point to the Tankstick and not software like Mame or Launchbox. I use one in my main cabinet, it still has a regular keyboard and a mini bluetooth keyboard connected to it and the Tankstick does not care. It works. I replaced a board that went bad on mine last summer so it is not unheard of. Also if plugging it into another USB port or even another pc still does not yield working buttons I would suggest calling their support line. Not much more troubleshooting from here can be done I am afraid.
