  1. Well, the issue above is roughly 9 months old and LB is about 14 releases ahead of the beta mentioned. Not to mention users have not reported this issue in quite a while. So maybe you can provide some details as to what version you are on and what exactly is happening so we can try and troubleshoot. Otherwise, not much we can really do.
  2. You cannot import the released theme itself. You can only edit or copy items from a theme that was made using the Theme Creator and only if the creator released the Community Theme Creator files for the theme. Like in this post below.
  3. Best thing to do is ensure you have a button/key mapped in either the keyboard mappings or controller mappings (depending on what type of controller you are using) of BigBox for the "view" option. Then go into your SNES platform and hit the key/button you bound. This will allow real time change of the view and you can keep cycling until you land on the view you want. BB has the ability to set theme specific overrides. If the theme has a specific override changing the view in the global settings will not affect the theme. This could be why changing it there is not actually changing the view. You can tell if a theme has overrides by going into the theme's folder \Launchbox\Themes\[Theme Name\ and seeing if you see a file called BixBoxSettingsOverrides.xml.

    Refund

You can email support@unbrokensoftware.com and ask about a refund there. Or you could let us help you figure out what setting/configuration is wrong on your set-up. I do not use the Android version so one of our other mods/forum members would be better suited to help you. LB does work it is likely just a configuration issue.
  5. Yes, there is a green banner at the top of the forum addressing this and there are a number of threads already. Locking the post as we have had way too many new threads on this when there are existing threads on the topic.
  6. Glad to hear it.
  7. You do not need to. If you used the full importer the first time you can just run it over top. The full import option does not actually import anything like the normal rom file does. It just list the games based off of the Mame.xml.
  8. The playlists should take on the image group for the platform the game comes from. There is no image group for playlists so it has to pull the image type you have set for the platform the game is in since playlists get all its data and media from the originating platform.
  9. The API used by LB to scrape media is not exactly the same as what is done with the FTP and EmuSync. So those 2 can continue to work properly and the API not. We have seen this issue before over the years where the API is on the fritz but users can still use EmuSync or the FTP. See @C-Beats information from another post only 18 hours ago. This response got lost in the mix as users experiencing the issue are constantly opening new threads instead of searching and posting in the related thread. The LB team is working with EmuMovies team. It is not being ignored. So while we understand the hiccups this is causing, patience is needed. When the teams have a fix in place it will be announced. Until then there is not much else to really add.
  10. Playlists take on the game's information from the platform they are imported into. So if your Daphne and ALG are playlists and those games are from your Arcade platform then those playlists use the emulator they are assigned in the Arcade platform. You can edit those playlist games to use a different emulator, but if you run the Mame full set importer again and have it redo those playlists everything will be set to launch with Mame.
  11. Yes, there are several threads already about video download issues for both Android and Windows versions of LB so this error could be related. I do not use Android version so not sure. EmuMovies is working on their end to fix.
  12. Again, voting is not how all development decisions are made. It is a helpful tool. There are no plans to change the use of the BitBucket site. You may not be able to vote from the app or from a phone's truncated site. You may need to use the full site to vote as I already mentioned.
  13. Wether or not voting is a mess it is far easier for us to sort, filter, and even count votes/items in bitbucket than the forum. Again, votes do not drive everything. It just helps gauge. You simply cannot do that in this forum. Those requests in threads are not easily identifiable or sortable. The team can easily do away with any voting at all and just implement features they want. Pretty much like most other program devs do. So huge thanks our devs for giving users a voice. I do not think we need to waste anymore time fussing over the voting. The team is not going to take away from development to deal with voting changes. It is what we have and use. @C-Beats gave some steps. Anymore about voting and the thread will be closed.
  14. I would first say try the Default theme and a theme not made in the CTC (usually older ones are not). This way if it does not occur in those then this would likely be something Y2guru would need to see how the CTC is writing the code and then report it in his CTC thread. Not saying it may not ultimately be something LB team needs to look at, but more often Y2Guru can fix on his end first.
  15. I understand completely. There are things I have wanted for years and one of them took that long to get updates to (Marquee support). Not all things that get implemented on require lots of votes. However, users should understand our dev team is only 2 people and not all things can just easily be worked on. So priorities have to be placed on things and unfortunately that means some things will take longer. Voting simply helps give on eye on what the larger community wants and helps triage work. No, you cannot edit the code to affect this. This is done behind the scenes. The tickets have not been ignored, they just have not been deemed a priority. As far as not being linked to the forum, I know I am consistently informed users on the forum to use bitbubket for new feature requests and advising them to link it to their forum post to drive user interest. Yes, that only catches a small handful of users, but requests easily get lost for our devs in the forum and post counts. The site is the easiest way we can search and sort to find items. Not the best, but it is better than a forum. Not sure about from a phone, but you may need to use the full website as there is a button that quite simply states "vote for this issue". We understand the frustration, but the team have been making great updates to LB/BB and unfortunately not all wants happen fast.
  16. Unfortunately that item has not received many votes and it is not something heavily asked for by users. So it is likely this may be something that is not high up on the list of items to implement until it garners more user requests. We only have a dev team of 2.
  17. Please search before posting new threads. We already have several threads on EmuMovies download issues. You can use this main one to post ongoing issues.
  18. No, not needing a script is better than needing one. So I take it you have not mapped any buttons in BigBox then? As I mentioned if you mapped those 2 buttons in BB settings you would not need a script. If you have not then go into BB settings and go to the Keyboard Automation mapping. Map to the option labeled “Close Active Window”. Do not map for the option labeled “Exit”.
  19. If you have those 2 buttons in BigBox setting mapped to “Close Active Window” you do not need a specific AHK for those buttons. The script as is would work. Those are the 2 buttons I use on my Tankstick. Are you using the Xarcade in keyboard mode or x-input?
  20. Are you using those 2 buttons to exit other platform games as well?
  21. There are already several forum posts about this. You can use this main one to post further. Locking thread. or post here.
  22. It is doing that because you probably imported your roms using the "Mame Arcade Full Set" option. You do not have a full mame rom set so you should not have used that. Also 18,000 is a lot so it seems like you unchecked some options as the full proper import for a full rom set is around 3K. You should import using either "rom file" option or simply drag & drop your 600 roms into LB.
  23. See my last statement
  24. I see in your post you said you were still having issues after Circo posted. Keep in mind the issue was not affecting every user which is why I asked the other user if they had tested.
  25. Did you test on your end and see if you are still having issues? Downloads working for me, but I did get a couple errors.
