  1. Glad you are sorted.
  2. In LB: >Tools >Manage >Emulators and edit Mame. In the box with the Command Line remove only the portion below and see if that helped. -waitvsync
  3. There have been a few threads on this. Many times it has been a setting on the pc/laptop the user was able to adjust. Some users still have some odd lag. Custom themes can cause this as well depending on how they are coded. Also if this is a new build and the image cache has not been fully built the lag can persist until you let it build fully. I have never experienced any lag and never really seen a consistent solution. Give this thread a look though as this user did find a solution that I have seen help several others experiencing a lag in the UI.
  4. Missing from where? Exactly. Just checked the plugin manager and Mame still shows (both latest beta and in latest stable). Also did a test import for Mame roms and the automatic installer shows there as well. Can you provide a pic of what you are seeing.
  5. Do you have any of the "Hide Games Misssing..." options checked? Since that is a rom hack there likely is little to no media for it. >View>Hide Games option in LB.
  6. If the images are showing up in LB then try going into BB and refreshing the image cache. You will find the option to do this in the settings.
  7. The popup message box that advised of the error tells you what to do. It advises to go into your \Backups folder and use one of the backup files there to replace the corrupted GameController.xaml file. Open \Launchbox\Backups folder and in there open any of the recent zip files. Look for the GameControllers.xml in there and place it in your. \Launchbox\Data folder to replace the corrupt one.
  8. Looks like games are already in your system since last screen is not importing anything. What do your actual rom files look like? Can you post a pic from inside the Windows folder showing all the GBA roms? If the roms are not already in LB not sure why the folder option LB is not seeing any actual files in the folder. You can choose the "Add File" button then then LB will allow you to find the rom folder and select all the rom files in it to import. I rarely ever use the "Add Folder" option.
  9. Can you go through the process you were doing to import all the roms and screen cap each step and share so we can see what may be happening?
  10. LB does not care about the other Mame files. Mame cares about those. If you games run fine directly in Mame and not in LB then it is a LB setting. Are you using standalone Mame or using the Mame core of Retroarch? If Mame core of Retroarch edit Retroarch in LB and make sure the option to Extract the rom is not checked. Also wether you are using standalone Mame or Retroarch make sure in the "Associated Platforms" tab of the emulator settings in LB you have the name of the platform you imported the Mame roms into showing. The name there needs to match the platform name exactly. To confirm this in LB go to >Tools >Manage >Emulators and edit the emulator. Then click on the Associated Platforms tab. Pleasure dome is the best spot for Mame roms. You need a torrent client to download the files.
  11. BlueStacks is pretty common. Emulators do not really need to have support with LB. As long as an emulator can use command lines then LB has no issues with it. Security wise not really sure about any security issues with emulators. Just be sure to download them directly from the emulators actual site and you are typically safe.
  12. Since you are talking about emulation on the Xbox safe to assume you are using LaunchPass. So you need to go to either their discord or their forum and ask there. LB has nothing to do with LaunchPass.
  13. I updated the title of the BitBucket Ticket as it would make sense to not just disable the notifications, but have the option to disable the feature. Ticket posted here for anyone wanting to add a vote. @St_Eddie I would recommend voting on your own ticket. https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/9132/disable-new-plugin-manager-plugin-manager

    Mr

Only issues would be launching the games to play if you are missing those dependencies. You can import them for now just to get the games and media set up. You can always correct the emulator later.
  15. Just search "Rampage" (remove the "(2018)") and it will show up.
  16. LB is a frontend to help organize your games. It can launch games using the emulator you choose. The Pause @sundogak is referencing is LB Pause theme features. If you are not even using the LB frontend then you would not see the Pause theme image that sundogak showed in the post.
  17. I have not looked at that theme in a while but it should either use the default images in "Arcade - Marquee" image folder for LB or if you look inside the theme's media folder \Themes\CoinOP\Media\Theme it may use custom images stored in a folder there. Not sure since I am not near my pc to confirm.
  18. Dip switches typically cannot be used with LB hi score function since "cheats" are not allowed. Since dips allow users in some games to alter live count, auto-fire, and other assists it would negate the no cheats requirement for LB hi scores.
  19. It is described in my original post. Go to the folder path listed and you will see the various image types used. Video border would be \Launchbox\Themes\Unified & Ultrawide\Images\Theme\Video Border\[name of platform].png
  20. No. You currently need Windows or Android.
  21. Correct, BigBox themes are not useable in the Launchbox portion of our frontend. LB themes and BB themes are different.
  22. There are different things going on here. 1. The Unified themes (all versions) for the area left of the text list or wheel list uses images stored in image folders within the theme for the background, the video border, and the platforms clear logo that would be at the top. So you would need to add custom images. The image would be named after the platform and then placed in the corresponding image type folder located in \Launchbox\Themes\Unified & Ultrawide\Images\Theme\[Image Type]\ 2. For any box art/cart art (in your case the magazine cover) that would normally display in the area between the video and the game list on the right once you have added those images to the correct LB image folders be sure to go into BB settings and refresh the image cache. Typically those image would be located in \Launchbox\Images\[Platform Name]\[Image Type]\ 3. The video within the frame you would need to add a custom video to the \Launchbox\Video\[Platform Name] folder.
  23. If you are talking about in game play LB/BB has nothing to do with that. You set your in game controls in each emulator directly.
  24. There could be a couple different issues depending on how you actually imported the games. When you did import the roms what emulator did you assign since you mentioned RA was not an option? Once imported the games will be attached to that emulator. So even though you changed the "Default" after the import it would not change it on the games already imported. Right click a game and edit it. Go to the Emulation tab and see what emulator is listed. Also, if using Retroach Mame core you need to make sure in the Manage Emulator screen for Retroarch the option on the Details tab for "Extract Rom Archive" is not checked as Mame roms need to stay zipped.
