  1. false alarm I had to fix something in LB settings now it does work
  2. Okay I can get 3DO to work through RA but not LB
  3. hmm I can't 3DO to work although I'm on an old laptop that I've never tried running it on before maybe it doesn't work with the D3D9 drivers
  4. yeah I'm not sure I just know I used to get black screen using cues so maybe it was my files
  5. I believe for 3do you need the iso file and not cue
  6. yeah all the chds only come in merged
  7. I do see your point of view but you also have to see Jason's if people are voting over 300 times for items they want then the poll is being skewed in an unfair manner and that isn't acceptable either. You've been a long time user here and it is unfortunate that you didn't get to vote but if your asking us to see it from your point of view you have to afford us the same consideration.
  8. Try using this then it repairs .netframework instead of reinstalling https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135
  9. No not in the program itself but it has been recommended not to use it. I recommend you not use it personally I feel it has more bad info than good the way they handle games which is by the game means if you get wiki info for it you could get stuff that pertains to a completely different platform as it doesn't differentiate well.
  10. yeah for some reason those 2 checkboxes keep MAME from running any software list games unless they are the ones from the MAME software list sets with the proper MAME naming don't know why they get checked by default when importing.
  11. For stand alone MAME you have to add a command line argument to get it to launch through LB. To do so go to manage emulators and edit MAME when that opens go to the associated platform and and put in your platform on the left (named exactly as you named the system for LB) and then in the command section put in astrocde -cart
  12. MAME previously had a sister project called MESS that supported consoles old computers and even simple things like old calculators at one point they rolled both projects together so by software side he is talking about consoles that MAME supports ranging from Colecovision up to Sony Playstation.
  13. I mean it maybe a LB issue but its also recommended to use your media from within LB so if it is an issue not many people are using it that way so not much of a priority to fix
  14. I would guess it is that the videos are on the network drives. I only keep my games on my network drives and all media for LB in LB.
  15. Do you have Nvida software installed recently people who had it installed were having issues.
  16. If you want to play multiple clones through LB I'd get the split or nonmerged sets and I'm not 100 on this but I believe I've read in the past that eXos stuff is on Archive.org
  17. No it isn't normal 1942 should definitely be imported and have art and while there are many games with no flyers 1 out of 15 is way off.
  18. by collection it means what you have imported not your roms folder. Glad it worked out for you.
  19. using consolidate rom will not mess with your file system at all only effects LB
  20. you can go to the individual game and just change the game itself in the edit form but if its multiple games you may be better off reimporting.
  21. lol I was just kidding with you but you are still missing the point because you mean only monkeys or gorillas while anyone with a human avatar still has a primate avatar but I digress
  22. ah I hope all our users are primates considering if they aren't they wouldn't be human. https://www.smithsonianmag.com/science-nature/why-are-humans-primates-97419056/
  23. @ALIE0.194 didn't add any new CHD files so you have to grab the 0.193 version on PD It like a page or 2 back the Software List ROMs and Software List CHD are for consoles the Software list CHD'S contain like Saturn and PSX libraries along with Sega CD TurboGrafx CD and these include all regions thus the huge file size. However CHDs now have support in RetroArch so getting those could actually save you disk space by replacing libraries you have in other formats that may be larger.
