  1. Reconstructed cart sounds like it would help with the issue. I don't mind the made up at all but it shouldn't be taken the place of the real deal.
  2. DOS76

    cemu changes

Good to know. Thanks for sharing.
  3. This looks awesome but I don't know how to use it do you need to find all of your own resources like the backgrounds and overlays.

    Retroarch?

Its never luck its research that gets results.
  5. @ZombeaverI think this needs your attention
  6. As to the 1st part of your question I'm not sure exactly what files you get and from where I do know alot of the screenshots are dupes and you get both when you download them but for covers I'm not sure. No if you change your mind here there is no way to clean it up of course say you decide you don't want your Game Over screen shot you could go into your image folder and delete all of the subfolders that are listed as Game Over screenshots and they would then be gone. I don't know about deleting all your media as I wouldn't do that I have a ton of custom covers I dug around and found when there were no results for things when I started and I would be afraid to lose all of that work so I've never attempted to just delete my media and redownload. Okay lets say that you are on your Nintendo 64 platform and you select one game and to to tools download media and images and run the wizard it will only change the one game if you select that one game and then click ctrl+a then repeat as listed above it will run the wizard and change all of those games so really it is dependant on what you have selected. If you were to do so from the all platform and used ctrl+a I assume it would apply to all of your games but I can't image how long it would take for all of that data to finish.
  7. I've had varying degrees of success my one laptop mic worked well while two of my tablets didn't have the best results when testing.
  8. Sorry about that I see if I would have taken a little a little more time I would have seen all of that. Have you tried navigating to the folder the computer is listing and see if there is a LB folder there.
  9. you can't install there move it to your doc folder like they suggested or a separate data drive depending upon your setup after moving it it should work fine. It should be totally portable just cut and paste to another folder.
  10. I got this error again on a different PC I was able to close the Voice from inside of Task Manager but can't restart it without closing LB. After further testing the command to switch to LB from BB isn't working it says this is only available in BigBox which I was already in
  11. If you are using a theme that displays your favorites and recent games you can go into the platform and open Netflix that would add it to recent or you can favorite it in LB and it would come up in your favorites this way you would just press over and open it without leaving the platform screen? If you are using a different theme or you have turned recent of favorite off in the settings then this wouldn't help really. If you are using the beta Jason just added voice control and you can have it launch anything from anywhere you just have to tell it open game name for system name so say open Netflix for Entertainment or whatever you are using and it should just open Netflix.
  12. Mine took awhile but it eventually closed.
  13. Yeah the default game path set in LB isn't necessarily the one you are using it just shows the default game folder inside of LB I personally have never moved any of my games into LB as I had my own folder structure going and didn't want to change them for the program but that being said that I don't know what that option does but I can see that it would look like it would change you games folder path I just don't think that is what it is for but don't see what else it does. I learned this method when I 1st started using LB and it has pretty much been the method suggested by the community from before I joined so unless I missed where they add the ability to do so then I don't think it works that way.
  14. To bulk edit your games path you have to use NotePad++ and use find and replace to manually change your paths it is very easy but it can be intimidating if you haven't attempted it before. First things first copy your xml just in case something goes wrong you can revert to your previous install of LB in seconds. Also if LB is open close it as the .xml will not save your changes if LB is open when you save it. 2nd Open (or download, install and then open) Notepad++ go to the menu bar and click search when the list of options appears select find this will open a new form fill in your current path and click count to see if it finds the items in your path if it returns 0 items there is something wrong with your path if you see your item everything checks out. Next after adding the path and checking the accuracy of the count you want to go up to the replace tab this will change the form slightly and allow you to type in a new path after doing so then click replace all and it should tell you how many games it replaced they should match the number that you got earlier in the countAfter this you will have to save your document and this will ensure that the next time you open LB these changes will be in effect. If you run into any issues or are unhappy with the results then just delete the xml and replace it with the copy that you made because you listened to my sage advice in the beginning. Also this is pretty much the only way to do this so if you think this is too much of a work around and you don't want to tackle it your only other option is to delete your games and reimport them this will not delete or change any of your media and if you reimport don't use any sources for metadata when you do and then your games will be added with their new path and still have all the meta and images as beforehand.
  15. System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at (SpeechHandler ) at LaunchBox.Voice.SpeechHandler.ReduceVolume() at (SpeechHandler , Object , SpeechRecognizedEventArgs ) at LaunchBox.Voice.SpeechHandler.recognizer_SpeechRecognized(Object sender, SpeechRecognizedEventArgs e) at System.Speech.Recognition.SpeechRecognitionEngine.SpeechRecognizedProxy(Object sender, SpeechRecognizedEventArgs e) Got this error playing with voice recognition for the 1st time.
  16. That's awesome. My nephews 20 now we still play video games all the time.
  17. Oh I love the fact that LB has an attitude problem that is awesome.
  18. Yeah that would be great to have more button options.
  19. I'm uncertain but if it couldn't hurt to try it.
  20. Many known issues with the XBox One drivers for Windows.
  21. go to tools and then manage platforms choose a platform go to edit then go to folders and point it toward your HS folder for that system. Repeat for all platforms
  22. True @ALIE especially since they are basically wasting their time since once its out there its out there and I'm sure a Google search of this or Pokemon Uranium would lead you right to them so Nintendo is beat despite their efforts.
  23. Glad you got it working that is the 1st time I ever seen a user wanting to do that it may be worth making a ticket for it still.
