    I don't believe it will update anymore but to be safe you may want to go to Tools Options Updates and turn off you updates. I you want to have a separate install without your license to use the latest version of LB you can also just install to a separate folder but that is entirely up to you.

    Are you scraping them as NES? Famicom has not section in the Database so you have to use the scrape as function to pull media.

    no its WMP that is known to have the memory leak so if you are using VLC and seeing the same thing there may be a new issue. I'd say hang tight and wait for @Jason Carrto get back with you about it

    All these things are in the Windows version and are most likely to be added to the Android version. The Android version in its own is very new and it is a WIP but it continues to get regular updates and more features. So all we can do is be patient and I'm sure you will start to see those things trickle into the program.

    yeah he originally answered thinking this was for the Windows version which is also what I assumed when I 1st read it due to not looking where it was located and opening it from the unread section.

    I believe you can still upgrade but I guess @Jason Carrcould probably answer more definitively.

    If you are using the built in MAME UI cancel you can remove the script from that section completely but since you have it working I guess that isn't an issue.

    Well maybe on Twitter but there was definitely a Black Friday sale last years so this is completely untrue.

    go into the data folder and delete the BigBox settings file. Now if you have a lot of custom settings you can also rename it then the program will generate a new file then you can use the new file to find the specific line that you need in the xml and copy it into the older file then delete the new file and rename the older file back to its original name.

    You can try but I wouldn't count on getting great performance loading all those small image files over the network.

    I personally keep LB local and just put the ROMs on my server.

    you shouldn't be limited to dragging only one cue file into LB I've done it with hundreds of files on more than one occasion so why your system would only be letting you drag one file doesn't make any sense and certainly isn't how the program should behave.

    hmm in the MAME.ini do you have writeconfig set to 1 or 0?

    How are you exiting MAME from with in BigBox?

    ah yeah I misread that as you didn't want to have a full set if you do already have one then yes you can import select games as long as MAME knows where the complete ROM set is so it can access the secondary ROMs that it might need.

    yes but it requires that you have games in a non-merged format to ensure they aren't dependent on other files in the MAME set.

    check that out on how to create screen shots in this case they will be very helpful in helping us get a better look at what might be your issue.

    I suggest getting the MAME roms for Demul and skip using the other format for one its more common and you will find better support for it. There are even tools available on this site for copying the files out of your MAME so you can easily import them into LaunchBox.
