  1. Based on my experience, 1.78 seems to be about the same as before with no major changes performance-wise but I could easily be wrong about that, but it's running the same as usual without any bugs or errors. However, the Android version does have some quirks, and I needed to delete my previous data/cache in order for it to work properly
  2. No worries, I can live without the nightly versions for a while, but it would certainly be nice to use the 64 bit version, which can be downloaded on their website and on the Play Store
  3. Yep! As I mentioned to Neil before, the problem with the SD card was solved when I moved the LaunchBox app to the SD card (within Android's system settings). However, there's a lot of issues with emulators. For example, Robert Broglia's emulators (2600.emu, nes.emu, etc.) are not working, the nightly-latest versions of retroarch and the 64 bit version of retroarch aren't recognized. I'll do my best to help with the best testing though?
  4. Indeed, and it's nothing too surprising so I'm willing to test it out and report the bugs as I find them? To throw out another bug I noticed, the app crashes if you use the latest nightly version of retroarch (32 bit version)
  5. Neil, thanks for the quick response. That worked but unfortunately the emulator and LaunchBox just crash when I select any game, either with nes.emu or 2600.emu. I haven't been able to try out retroarch yet because the 64 bit version isn't listed here. Update: Just did another test and the 32 bit version of Retroarch seems to be working fine within LaunchBox on Android
  6. @Jason Carr Should we report any bugs or issues here? It's probably expected, but I've already found a few of them? When I copy the exported contents to my SD card, LaunchBox doesn't seem to recognize them. Also, it doesn't recognize the 64 bit version of retroarch, and when I tried to launch a game with 2600.emu the app crashes. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8+
  7. Purchased and already looking forward to updates?
  8. Purchased and installed now? I've already submitted a feedback report within the Google Play store
  9. Great news! But I can't seem to find it on Google Play and from my browser I get this message: App not available A testing version of this app hasn't been published yet or isn't available for this account.

    PausePie

Very nice! A really simple and clean pause screen!
  11. No issues here after downloading the latest development release from their homepage. You might want to join their live discord and see if anyone can help https://discordapp.com/invite/zuEAVTG
  12. FlightRisk, by any chance are you an iPhone user?? Up until now, the Windows version of LaunchBox and BigBox have become extremely mature in development and a few years ago when it wasn't so "mature", I recall that Jason rejected the idea of porting LaunchBox to Android. However, now mobile gaming is a really big market probably more so than PC gaming, since more people of all ages and backgrounds are using their smartphones for a variety of uses, much more so than desktop or laptop computers. This is especially true here in South Korea, where the Android gaming market/scene has become gigantic, mostly Android games but also emulation. And with the release of an Android version, it could (and should) potentially expose a lot of smartphone users to the Windows version of LaunchBox, making it a win-win situation from a marketing perspective.
  13. Personally, I haven't tried any of the games you mentioned and usually stick to the Commodore games from the 80's but have you tried using any of the latest versions of Vice? There's a couple of different nightly versions and the most recent one was released for download about a week ago. Here is their website: https://sourceforge.net/projects/vice-emu/files/experimental binaries/ Or you'd probably find a much more educated and informed answer to that issue from a more dedicated site like this one https://www.lemon64.com/forum/ ?
  14. Yep, can confirm the same issue here. @Jason Carr screenshots and other artwork seem to be broken within launchbox but videos are working
  15. @Zombeaver you wouldn't happen to have a torrent or other source to download this? Unfortunately Mega has a very strict transfer quota?
  16. Awesome work! Thank you very much!
  17. Due to the time difference, I probably won't be able to watch it live but I'll certainly catch the 'rerun' on youtube when it becomes available. Keep up the good work!
  18. In my opinion, this theme is clean, simple and great just as it is. I think it just needs to be polished up a little with some new fonts and maybe a few extras
  19. I didn't have much luck with the DS4 in Bluetooth mode either. It was constantly unpairing and requires 3rd party software to work. I highly recommend the 8bitdo SF30 or SN30 Pro. There is a little bit of lag but it's hardly noticeable, and much better than other Bluetooth controllers I've tried
  20. Which videos are you referring to? Almost all BigBox themes can use videos in one way or another. For example, this theme looks a lot like hyperspin:
  21. Okay, was hoping for a slightly faster solution but thanks for the quick answer!
  22. Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I was just wondering if this feature was ever implemented? I couldn't seem to find it anywhere within BigBox's options
  23. Still waiting for the Commodore 64 version. 35 years and counting
  24. I just use the following in the "Running AutoHotKey Script" field, and press esc to exit: (and it seems to work fine) ; This section closes AppleWin when pressing Escape $Esc:: { Process, Close, {{{StartupEXE}}} }
