  1. @DOS76 do you still update your RetroArch or did you set it up and leave it. I only ask because I am still running a version from about 6 months ago
  2. I can sort the horizontal wheel issue....... Rotate your monitor 90 degrees
  3. Chrome could be a safe choice and would look great, or left blue and right green. I'm sure the side buttons can be added at any point but there only needed if you intend to add the pinball games, and they can double up as BigBox menu buttons too.
  4. I'll sort that out tonight, it's looking good are they putting in the side buttons in or did you decide against it. Still can't make out the background but I'm sure it will look cool up close. @Jason Carr i've sent it to your email
  5. That's a good tip to know @elliot763 thanks, So a theme could potentially have an animated gif arrow above the platform logo pointing up and one below pointing down.
  6. Can't say much about my current GPU as it's only a mid range nvidia, but I can remember my first GPU a Riva 128
  7. Can't wait for this one, When the first trailer was released I had my doubts about waving a sword around, but, the more I see the trailers the more I want too.
  8. Does seem odd to have a program that essentially is used to run old dos / windows games as a platform.
  9. The log took 1 hour 10 mins so it was a lot quicker the second time i ran it
  10. So I woke this morning after and found the CSV file sitting there, so it does work just takes a long time if you have a large library of games. Thanks again @elliot763 this is going to be a big help
  11. Just checked the log again and it looks like its still going so im going to leave all night, see if just a time thing

  13. Same thing happened when I ran it, I did try and leave it as my library of games is large but after a couple of hours I killed the process. I hope it will work in the future as it looks to be a great additional app. Thanks anyway
  14. Thanks for this Elliot I'm going to give it a try later and give you some more feedback
  15. Hi Andreycout, I'm using a very old Pc in my cabinet (core2 duo 3ghz, just 4gb ram) and to get it to run smoother first I scrolled the list to make sure all the images cached, I don't know if it works like that but it seemed to help. I also found a massive speed increase when I transferred over to a SSD so much so I decided to keep the computer. One other thing is the image quality setting but I can't confirm this works in BigBox maybe someone else can.
  16. I may be mistaken on this but as far as I'm aware you browse to a folder for your roms location only.
  17. Cheat menu would be a great inclusion especially if it was easy to use in game. I've not tried them yet but mame has a cheats menu I think
  18. If not you could just use an image as I single colour instead as a work around. Here's a link to a site that has just that too.... Solid colour backgrounds
  19. What media player are you set on (VLC or Window Media Player in the options). Best to swap and see if it still happens
  20. Well done on the search box @Jason Carr looks SO great, works better than I imagined and makes viewing a game you have on different platforms so easy, the amount of times I've said "oh really I didn't know that game came out on that...". Mario on the ZX Spectrum who would of thought. I came here to mention the no result issue but I see it's been picked up already, maybe leave the search box on-screen with "Name not found" above it then you can just try something else.
  21. Wow looking good, colours are looking a bit darker (pacman background should be more blue) but that's probably the photo. Could he take a close up
  22. The best thing I did was transfer the whole of Windows and Launchbox to an SSD drive. It's now running great and on an old core2 duo, with just 2gb of ram.
  23. I can confirm the back button issue has been fixed in beta 7 update, glad someone else had it as I thought it was a windows update issue I had.
