    I can confirm that this works fine via bat files. Like you say it edits the dolphin.ini and changes the GBAPlayerRom= line to whatever game you want loading, then loads the Game Boy player fullscreen.

    The Genesis Plus GX core allows you to remove the side borders on Sega Master System games. How to Remove the Left Border Launch a Sega Master System game in RetroArch. Open the Quick Menu (press F1 on a keyboard or your assigned hotkey combination). Go to Core Options (or Options). Look for the setting named Borders or Hide Master System Side Borders. Change the option to Left Border Only or disable borders entirely

    Guaranteed you using latest MAME a normal Windows 11 (64bit) version like Home or Pro (NOT a stripped down version) and it all works fine. I tried a stripped down version of Windows 11 (x-lite) and it was a disaster where emulation is concerned. When they say stripped down they mean they have taken out lots of stuff you actually need as well as crap like Solitare etc 🤣

    The more they add to LB+BB the worse it gets. It's practically unusable now for large setups. Someone needs to start working on a revamped version from scratch and make it what it should have been in the first place, seeing as it is now impossible to backtrack in it's current state. Less is more as they say.
