  1. There is a option in the emulator for one memory card per game. https://www.ngemu.com/threads/epsxe-2-0-5-use-individual-memory-cards-by-game.204217/
  2. Or do you mean the internal card the emulator uses?
  3. We do not support pre-built Launchbox builds here. But if all your emulators have gone you will need to download them all again. Things just dont disapear though, so maybe you have a virus or your hard drive is dying.
  4. Yeah that message is simply saying that the emulator you pointed Launchbox to is no longer in that location.
  5. Also just to add there arent really any options in Launchbox that control the emulators, unless you have specifically input some command line options yourself. Launchbox simply opens the emulator and it uses whatever settings you have set in said emulator.
  6. Yeah its only been available for two and a half years. Version 7.11 - Released September 14, 2017 New Premium Feature: A new wall view has been added to the Big Box games lists! New Premium Feature: New Big Box key and controller button mappings have been added for starting Attract Mode on demand, and spinning the wheel while a key or button is pressed (which works well for selecting a random game) New Feature: A new "Launch With" option is available for each emulated game in LaunchBox and Big Box that will let you choose an emulator to use on the fly when launching games. This is available via the right-click or Game menu in LaunchBox and via the Game Details menu in Big Box. It can also be hidden in Big Box via the Game Menu options. New Feature: A new "Change ROMs Folder Path for Selected Games" option is available under the Tools menu in LaunchBox that will allow you to batch edit ROM folder paths for when you move your ROM files. Improvement: Massive performance improvements both in general in Big Box as well as with CoverFlow and the wheels Improvement: Steam Banners have been added as an image group supported for LaunchBox and Big Box Improvement: Searching for games has been significantly improved with support for alternate titles from the LaunchBox Games Database as well as better exact matching Improvement: Alternate titles are now used properly when consolidating games and importing games Improvement: Custom themes in Big Box now support custom images and videos for platform categories and playlists Improvement: A new MaxVerticalImageResolutionOverride property has been added to the Big Box CoverFlow control to allow for larger image sizes Improvement: Added a new TotalGameCount property on platforms for binding in Big Box custom themes Improvement: Added a new BannerImagePath property on games for binding in Big Box custom themes Improvement: SharpDX (which interfaces with DirectX) has been updated to the latest version Improvement: Upgraded the included version of VLC to version 2.2.6 Fixed: Occasionally LaunchBox was experiencing unnecessary slowdowns due to threading issues when switching side bar selections or arrange by values Fixed: Connecting and syncing your collection to the LaunchBox Games Database was broken since we converted the website to use HTTPS
  7. That is correct, the game is played in the emulator not in Launchbox/Bigbox.
  8. The import process hasnt changed for a long time, there is no real way to do it wrong.
  9. Just drag and drop the folder onto launchbox and choose the "none of the above" option in the wizard to import them without assigning a emulator to them.
  10. CIA files are the format used when installing things to a real 3DS, so i assume you would need to "install" them to the emulator. To be honest you dont want CIA files for emulation.
  11. It was never in our database. If people have it in there Launchbox they manually added data and images for it, which your free to do. You can add anything to Launchbox, whether its in our database or not.
  12. You can type any name you like into the box, it doesnt have to be in the dropdown list. However it is not in our database so the tables will not scrape any info or images.
  13. Vector games work just fine in MAME.
  14. Epic importer seems to be working fine, good job Jason.
  15. You dont find a answer as we do not provide support for downloaded builds of Launchbox. I would say set it as dinput, but keyboard will work also, (xinput would be better), and yes you need to set it in every emulator you want to use.
  16. Yeah that makes sense, as i assume they are using the MAME shortnames, and Launchbox doesnt know how to scrape those unless it knows to use the MAME naming scheme.
  17. Primal Rage is a non working game in current MAME versions. Launchbox by default when using the fullset importer only imports working games, Primal Rage isn't currently working so is omitted from the import. Talk about it in this reddit thread.
  18. Also just a thought as well, any way you can connect the system to the net temporarily either via ethernet or a wifi dongle just to make sure that Launchbox does actually load as normal. Just to rule out a issue with maybe corruption during the install related to chromium or some such.
  19. Because that is included with Windows, not with Launchbox. As for the rest of your post i cant really speak to that, apart from saying as the program is updated and improved things will change and plugin creators will need to update there plugins to stay inline. I have seen this with other programs as well that updates break plugins, theres not really a lot that can be done there without just freezing the program and not updating it when new features are available. That is just the nature of a plugin feature as the program updates/evolves, plugins will need to adapt to the changes.
  20. As mentioned in the first post of this beta thread, all third party programs that are used by Launchbox have been moved into there own folder. @eatkinola or any other plugin creator using some of the third party programs/library's included with Launchbox will need to update there paths
  21. You need both files, but Launchbox only needs the .cue file imported. The .cue tells the emulator what other files there are.
