  1. Hi @tomcat78, Sounds like an odd issue there. You can try and remove your Big Box settings temporarily, just to see if it helps. While LaunchBox and Big Box are closed, remove the BigBoxSettings.xml and the InputBindings.xml files from your LaunchBox\Data folder and save them in a safe place. Then boot up Big Box and see if you are still encountering the same issue.
  2. The simplest way for you to do this would be to change your image priorities, found in the LaunchBox options. Within Box Front Priorities, you will want to move Box - 3D to the top of the list.
  3. Hi @Unrealcpu, If I'm reading correctly, you are using LaunchBox as more of a way for you to catalog the games you have all zipped up and stored within their own folders? Your not using LaunchBox to launch the games. If this is true, you may want to consider creating txt files based on the names of your game folders and then importing those txt files into LaunchBox. I can help you with this if you need.
  4. 11.14 is now live with the following fixes: Fixed: Potential errors on Windows 7 with the new system tray icon features (introduced in 11.13) Fixed: The platform category view in Big Box wasn't transitioning as smoothly between platform categories, platforms, and playlists (introduced in 11.13) Fixed: Random game videos were playing for playlists in Big Box even when the option to play random game videos for missing platform/playlist videos was disabled (introduced in 11.13) Fixed: The new option to hold the back button in Big Box wasn't working properly with the All Games view (introduced in 11.13) Fixed: Jumping between View Platform Categories, View Platforms, and View Playlists in Big Box would sometimes cause wheel images not to be cached, leaving them blank @Deam @Clarg - Can you let us know if the issues you were seeing are now fixed? @Suhrvivor - Holding back when All games is your default view should be fixed. @RULLUR - some potential fixes to your wheel caching issue went in, are you able to confirm if there's any difference with this build?
  5. If you have a monitor that has freesync or gsync, turning that feature off could also smooth out the experience within Big Box.
  6. Hi @Anonymous MOS, Unfortunately, there's no actual way for an admin to change your username on the gamesdb. I'm afraid you may be stuck with your username over there.
  7. Hi @AmigaTronik. Thanks for the report. If you haven't done so already, can you write a ticket up on our bitbucket, including your system info. Use the Report a Bug link above, under Help & Support.
  8. Thanks for the report, we are looking into this. After setting up your options, are you able to close LaunchBox, clear your cached LaunchBox files in: LaunchBox\Images\Cache-LB Then report back if you are still having the issue.
  9. Hi @vgbox. It will if you choose the option during the wizard "Yes, download and replace all existing metadata and media". You can also delete a platform's media by right clicking a platform and choose delete, and option will appear asking you if you would like to delete the platform's associated media.
  10. I think the good news is that I'm fairly certain Big Box already runs in a borderless window.
  11. Hi @MapleLeaf, Deleting a game from LaunchBox will only delete the entry, and not any of the associated media. You would then have to manually delete any of the media you wish. An alternative would be to edit the game, remove all images and videos, and then delete it from your library.
  12. Just ran a quick test, and I do see shutdown screens working, but you would need to set the Startup Load Delay higher than 0 seconds. Are you able to see if that makes any difference for your setup?
  13. Hi @FT522. Is this happening for all steam games for you, or only specific ones? I just ran a test to see if I could still download steam screenshots and it appeared to work fine with the games I chose, so any further info could be helpful.
  14. Hi @Moleburt. Thanks for the report. We've added it to our list to take a look at.
  15. The new wheel types are not actually part of CTC yet. What I did was built the theme in the CTC, then published it and edited the xaml files to include the new wall wheel functionality.
  16. Hi @SPARTAN-117B01, Are you able to confirm which custom LaunchBox theme you are trying to use?
  17. Hi @yankz23, Not entirely sure what the issue may be. If you can provide a video or screenshots of what you are seeing with the default theme, that may help.
  18. Soon! The project files will require the new version of the Community Theme Creator to function, which won't be out for another week or so.
  19. Looks like the file system is your issue. exfat doesn't have the necessary symlink functionality, which is why you are seeing the errors. If you have the capability sometime in the future, get your data off of the drive and format it to NTFS.
  20. Hi @Zeaede, Like what @neil9000 is mentioning, are you able to check whether you have the Hide Games Missing Clear Logo Image option checked? You may need to uncheck that.
  21. Hi @bran479. Do you know what the file system is of your new drive?
  22. Beta 7 is out now with the following fixes: Fixed - Corrected loading issues in TextGamesView (introduced in beta 5) Fixed - System tray icon wasn't clearing from System Tray when switching to Big Box (introduced in beta 4)
  23. Hi @M_Graham, You can place background music files in: LAUNCHBOX\Music\Background You can also play platform specific music by placing music files in: LAUNCHBOX\Music\Background\Platforms\[Platform Name] Then just make sure you have the background music option enabled in Big Box, which can be found in: Options > Sound > Enable Background Music
  24. Beta 6 is out now with a few more fixes: Fixed - System tray icon wasn't responding after being sent to tray multiple times (introduced in beta 5) Fixed - Filter view background would fail to use images if no video was found (introduced in beta 3) Fixed - Correcting rare error when playing FlowVideo with WMP playback Fixed - Sound playback wasn't always playing the correct sound (introduced in beta 5) Any help tracking down any further bugs with this beta is much appreciated.
  25. Hi @d8thstar, Are you asking how to bulk compress all files within a particular folder, where 1 file would make its own 7z file, using the program 7zip?
