  1. @RaiderX1212 There is no need to manually create a m3u file and import it. LaunchBox can be told to build it for you automatically. You will need to make sure the emulator you're using though supports that file extension however. Simply import the game files (either the bin or the cue) and make sure on the games imported each additional application that is created has a disc number assigned (LaunchBox should do this automatically for you if your roms are named right). Then in Manage Emulators (accessed via the Tools dropdown) ensure the checkbox to create M3u is checked. LB will then create the M3U and point your emulator to it for you when you launch the game (or any app with a disc number assigned).
  2. Would make sure your video card drivers are up-to-date as well. The error code associated to your crash typically means an application was trying to touch memory the OS didn't think it was allowed to. Often time with DirectX this happens if the driver is old and forcing the card to do something fixed in a newer version of the driver.
  3. The file you would want is \\Launchbox\Data\Platforms.xml. In the bottom of the file there are PlatformFolders tags with information on the platform, what the path is for, and where it points. You would change the path in those sections.
  4. Glad it worked out for ya. I CLEARLY underestimated how long your translated strings were compared to their English counterpart lol
  5. Thanks for making us aware @Cauptain. I have it corrected and it should be fixed in the release.
  6. Best to put feature requests in the BitBucket Repo. I am fairly certain this is already in there. Just simply vote on that item so we can track interest levels easier.
  7. Yeah that tends to happen when people just enter a platform and select all and delete, instead of right clicking the platform name and deleting the platform.
  8. It is titled "Nintendo Game & Watch". Link to the GamesDB website: https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/platforms/games/166
  9. Yeah... didn't see what forum section we were in. May have been a pretty nice clue huh lol
  10. Unless I am misunderstanding you it is in the options menu
  11. I would assume you have platforms still in LB that don't have games so you don't see them in the sidebar but they DO exist in LaunchBox and so still recreate those folders. Look in your "Manage Platforms" window, are the platforms listed there? If so delete them and then delete the folders and they shouldn't reappear.
  12. Yeah if you are searching for Arcade media your platform needs to have "Scrape As" set to arcade, be named "Arcade", or be named "MAME" for the EmuMovies search to be able to search correctly.
  13. EmuMovies search uses platform/game name title searches. Would need to know the Platform name, Platform Scrape As, and Game Title before we can help diagnose what may be going on.
  14. Do you use WMP or VLC for video playback? @jonnieboyrevel
  15. Do either of you have videos displayed on your GamesDetailView and if so are they set to auto play? Looking for any commonality to the crashes and whether the game you close has music or video or the combination of the two.
  16. @Holidaze The issue most likely causing your error should be correct in the latest beta release. I would enable beta releases in LB and switch to it and see if you are still getting that error.
  17. When you all see the crash occurring, has the GameDetails view loaded with the details for the game you were editing or no? @jonnieboyrevel @joshchawks
  18. @jonnieboyrevel when open and close are you pushing "OK" or "Cancel" or hitting the X at the top right?
  19. Can you try pushing the edit button and telling me if doing it that way causes any issues?
  20. This may sound like a silly question but how are you accessing the Edit screen from the Audit form? Double clicking a row, selecting a row and hitting edit, or right clicking a row and hitting edit? Also if you use another method does it still relieve the issue or not?
  21. No the issue is that you are running a 32bit OS which doesn't work with the Net Core release. Updating .Net Framework won't help because we no longer use it. It sounds like you were given the incorrect version of LaunchBox via support. You need the 11.2 installer as that is the last version that was using .Net Framework. I would reply to the email you were sent with 11.4 and simply state you need version 11.2 of LaunchBox.
  22. Glad it worked for ya. Theme looks pretty interesting. Be fun to see what comes of it. When ya ready to test it out with other users send me a PM. Love to look through it, always enjoy seeing what the community does to customize their set up.
  23. @Fry I've not tested it but in theory the following should be able to get you what Screen Big Box is on. Though I'm not REAL sure why you want or need the screen index in the first place. System.Windows.Forms.Screen.FromHandle(System.Windows.Diagnostics.Process.GetCurrentProcess().MainWindowHandle)
  24. Could you email support@unbrokensoftware.com and ask for the latest 32bit LaunchBox build? They will be able to grab it for you.
