  1. No problem man, happy to help. Have fun!
  2. @guineu Chasm: The Rift has now been added. The addon levels and level editor are included, and it's patched to run at a high framerate even at 640x400 resolution (double the base resolution).
  3. Ripper has now been added.
  4. Well I just spent the last 4 hours getting past the point in Ripper that was supposedly problematic - no issues whatsoever. It's uploading to Archive now, but it'll be tomorrow before I have a link - it's gigantic (4.5GB / 6 discs).
  5. Doing some quick testing with some patches, that actually seems to work quite well - it's running great at 640x400. I'll probably opt for this method since I PanzerChasm is currently listed as version 0.3.
  6. Chasm's great. It's one I've already got on my list, and I've already got it setup in my library. The only problem is that, by default, it doesn't run particularly well unless you're using the base 320x200 resolution, which doesn't bother me but I'm pretty sure most people wouldn't like. There is a port project (which is still in development) called PanzerChasm though that I've been meaning to try out as well as some patches that supposedly fix the issue natively. I'll try both out and see how it goes.
  7. I have a package for the game Ripper that's done, but I want to do some additional testing as I've read that the game has a potential bug - it's late-game, because of course it is - so I want to get to that point and determine if it's an issue.
  8. In your DGATE folder you should see a file named LEGEND.INI. Open that up in a text editor, and check to see that these lines look like this: GAMEDATA=C:\DGATE\ PICDATA=C:\DGATE\ VOCDATA=C:\DGATE\ SAVEDATA=C:\DGATE\ The folder where the game is located must also be named DGATE. Now, in Launchbox, make sure that in the "folder" tab you have the root folder set as a path one level up from DGATE. In my case, the full path to it is X:\Emulation\DOS\DGATE so you'd need to have it set to just X:\Emulation\DOS\ in that case, or, since I have relative paths, just ..\DOS\ The reason for this is the Legend.ini wants to navigate into DGATE from C: (which is the location you're specifying in the folder tab). Alternately, you could have the folder named whatever you want, have it specified in the folder tab, and just remove the DGATE\ parts in the LEGEND.INI so that they just said: GAMEDATA=C:\ PICDATA=C:\ VOCDATA=C:\ SAVEDATA=C:\ Either one would work. Also, be sure to verify that your disc image is set in the mounts tab.
  9. So I've been doing a lot of thinking about this, and I'm not sure that I'm comfortable with doing packages for some higher profile stuff like Elite Force. It's one thing to do them for games with defunct developers and publishers, it's something else to do them for games that have names like Raven Software (who are still around) and Activision attached to them. I'd planned on doing Elite Force 1 and 2, AvP 2, and NOLF 1 and 2, but to be honest I think those are just too high profile. There are quite a few sites out there that have had all these (in raw iso form, at the very least) for years, so it's probably not that big of a deal, but I just need to be careful and I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'm sorry that I didn't nix this earlier. If it's any consolation, it makes me really sad that I'm not going to do them - they're all great games that people need to play and I would love to do. They were all high on my to-do list. I absolutely hate the way some of these companies have allowed their properties to rot. It's a complete shame. Every one of those is seriously a favorite of mine. But I just don't want to push the envelope too much. I hope people understand That said, I'm just gonna throw this out there and walk away, whistling nonchalantly: https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2017/07/05/no-one-will-sell-no-one-lives-forever-so-lets-download-it/
  10. Spaceship Warlock has now been added.
  11. Yep, Elite Force 1 and 2 are both on the agenda.
  12. Well, I put my big boy pants on and upgraded my site and purchased the domain, so now it's https://www.zombs-lair.com/ I should have another game out tonight.
  13. Actually, all but Magic & Mayhem were already on my list I'd actually already been messing with Wheel of Time but had some issues with game stability so I put it on pause.
  14. Thank you for taking the time to post this. It's always nice to hear stuff like this
  15. I'm not sure. The file naming itself shouldn't really matter as they're matched based on library title, not filename. There may be some where there's some miscommunication or a title mismatch, like Turrican 2 vs Turrican II: The Final Fight. Are you sure the games in question actually got properly matched vs the db? The scraper does a pretty good job of fuzzy matching but it's not perfect.
  16. The Lost Files of Sherlock Holmes Collection has now been added.
  17. Anything that shares the same name but is different based on content in brackets or parenthesis should actually do that automatically on import. You can combine them after the fact too, of course, but you shouldn't have to.
  18. Elvira Collection has now been added.
  19. The Carmageddon games are on GOG.
  20. I have one playlist that I use for Cityhunter: And one that I use for everything else: The display box for the songs can be disabled by unchecking this box:
  21. 3D Ultra Minigolf Deluxe (Dynamix/Sierra / 1998) has now been added.
