  1. If Arcade is the only platform you have you can set Bigbox to open to "All" which will just list all your imported games.
  2. Yeah, but the top two there are "Required" but are marked as "Missing".
  3. Then they are wrong, naming doesnt matter as you can name any file you like to the correct name. You need files where the md5 matches.
  4. I will also add to this that it can also effect actual PC games. It's due to the way the program hooks into programs in order to monitor them, some just dont like it. I actually re-installed Bioshock Infinite on steam a couple of days ago, and couldnt get that game to launch at all, having previously finished it years ago. Turns out that it doesnt like the current version of MSI Afterburner, as soon as i disabled that the game loaded up just fine.
  5. You could add a Video platform with VLC as the emulator and the video as the rom.
  6. What he was saying there was that he would add the option to always show the game name overlayed on the box, he never said he would be adding it under the game like the old default theme.
  7. I have a confession to make, i flirted with the new default theme for a day, i did switch back to this though.
  8. Go to the help menu and force update it, does it download?
  9. I have just looked here, im getting the wiki error, but the metadata package downloaded just fine.
  10. It wont, if its not in the list its not in our database.
  11. You can type any name you want in the box, you dont have to pick from the list.
  12. Yeah no cores are included in the download, but are all available through there online updater in the UI.
  13. its called beetle_psx_hw in the retroarch UI.
  14. With those sort of specs i would just use the retroarch hardware core.
  15. In the case of Launchbox it was likely caching images, if you change image type, or use the size slider and the like Launchbox remakes the cache. You can see it doing so by a small bar at the very top of the window that fills from left to right. That hits the cpu hard while its doing the caching.
  16. Obviously i cant speak for grila and whether he has plans to update the theme, but the part quoted i dont believe is possible with the themeing engine. Launchbox just lists platforms or platform categories.
  17. I just created a text file on PC and named it that game and changed the extension to .iso. Added it to my phone, and imported it with no issues at all.
  18. Oh, i totally missed that this was in the Android section, i need to keep a eye on that. Dolphin is a Gamecube and Wii emulator, so it will work for both those platforms, but you still need to import the game to the correct system. You clearly have Nintendo Wii as the platform there so im guessing you miss clicked when setting up the platform.
  19. Thats working as intended, Launchbox will look in it's own folder for added roms unless you change the path manually via the tools/manage platforms/folders/games tab.
  20. What image type do you have set for that platform in the "Image Group" dropdown at the top of the window?
  21. Well something isnt right there, you have the SuperGrafx platform highlighted, and that platform only has like 5 games for it total. However yours says its showing 915 games. So it looks like the games with no covers are not even for that platform, which would explain why they are not downloaded/shown.
