  1. Just wanted to take a second and thank all members of the community for there great work this year, helping each other out is the reason we have a great forums here. Just wanted to also point out in case any newcomers or others were unaware, the forums will be slow this time of year. Many people all going home, or back to the family's for the festivities, and also to point out that the moderators while still having a eye on every little pocket of the forums, also do this as volunteers. So a little patience with moderator replies to threads at this time of year would be grateful, we all still have family's to, but all celebrating the holidays in different time zones. Thanks again everyone for another great year on the Launchbox forums. neil9000
  2. Thats not a bug, its just how OS's sort when using numbers. If you called it Sonic 09 it would show first. This is just how it is.
  3. Likely, yes. Development time is not free. Development for a whole different platform is both time consuming and difficult to achieve. Its also only currently $5 on Android, so very reasonable considering the time put in.
  4. Have you tried this in other themes at all? Just wondering if it's a universal thing, or a omission/bug in that specific theme.
  5. In a recent beta Jason and Christian added a new button to the new default theme that shows a retro achievements popup window with your most recent games and a global leaderboards tab. This new feature and button needs to be added to custom themes in order to show, so i hope @Grila doesn't mind, but i copy pasted the code from the default theme and added it to his plex theme. I attach the file here for anyone that wants to use it with this theme. Simply add the file to your Plex/Views folder and overwrite when prompted. MainView.xaml
  6. My advice would be to unzip your files, Launchbox has no clue as to which file in a zip is the one that actually needs to be loaded.
  7. No there is no option to suppress that. They should however of been combined on import, unless you unchecked that option or the games are named poorly.
  8. No its not possible, you cannot specify one video to play in one view and a different video in another.
  9. Check in the Bigbox options that you are not hiding games missing certain media. There are several options here, hide games with no video, hide games with no box-front, etc.
  10. You can just drag and drop any file onto Launchbox which will automatically start the import wizard for the files you dropped. So just highlite all your saturn .cue files and drag them onto Launchbox which will start the wizard then just continue it as normal.
  11. Well thats not right, there are currently only 1094 saturn games listed on wiki. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Sega_Saturn_games The easiest way to import systems that use cue+bin is to just go to the folder and use the windows explorer search to search *.cue, highlite them all and drag and drop onto Launchbox.
  12. Yes, images are free, but you need to pay for manuals, music and videos.
  13. You dont say if you have actually paid for a emumovies premium account, all you say is you have a emumovies account. Have you in fact paid the subscription fee?
  14. This is by design, at least at the moment. In the options you can select one specific controller or use all available, if you choose the all attached option then yes there is no differentiation between joy 1, joy 2 etc. Bare in mind what you set in Launchbox/Bigbox is only used there and does not pertain to emulators. I would suggest setting up the combo anyway for exiting so you have to use two buttons, hitting just the one to exit may be too easy to hit when four players are huddled around hammering away at it.
  15. I would check your priorities for box-front in the options, i am also on beta 2 and box-fronts showed just fine for me when i just switched to them to check just now.
  16. Use a B450 motherboard, those should work out of the box.
  17. Most Ryzen CPU's do not have video output, so you also need a dedicated GPU. The Ryzen APU's have a graphics chip built into them and use your normal system ram as Video memory.
  18. I might be tempted to remove the GPU and get a Ryzen 5 3400G APU with vega 11 graphics at $150, and use the money saved there to get more ram so you can allocate a decent chunk to the APU. You could also save money by getting a lower wattage PSU if you dont need to power a discreet GPU. For the systems mentioned to be emulated i think that would be powerful enough, and would also run quieter and cooler and could fit in a relatively small mini itx case.
  19. Just drop them in there corresponding folders in Launchbox/Images/Name of system/name of image type.
  20. That has always been the case in MAME, if you were not seeing it previously then you were not running a stock version of MAME. That also doesnt sound correct, MAME never shows a "Glass" background by default.
  21. Does that emulator support zipped files? Try unzipping one and loading the .cue.
