Like any theme, most things you want to tweak/remove, need you to edit the actual theme. Themes are very important to us, as is the development of them, that is why our theming is open and uses the XAML coding language. We have some options in the Bigbox/Options for some more default things, but a lot of choices made in themes are intentional, and literally "coded" that way, so would require knowledge, to change them.
What you want is surely possible, but not by me unfortunately, it needs a actual person who understands XAML.
