  1. You are right clicking and showing the wrong image. Right click and choose edit. It will bring you into a new window showing the games details. Show a pic of the Launcher tab selected and then one with the Emulation tab selected.
  2. I need you to post the exact pictures I asked. Please look back at my post and show those images. Each of those tabs will show if something might be missing or checked wrong.
  3. Can you share pics. 1: Edit Retroarch in Manage Emualtors and share a pic of the Details Tab and the Associated Platforms tab. 2: Right click and edit a Dreamcast game and share a pic of the Launcher tab and the Emulation tab.
  4. Just bulk edit games then choose >Tools>Download Metadata and Media. In the wizard if you just want to see if manuals are available tick only the checkbox for manuals in the EmuMovies tab and run the search.
  5. Check your Associated Platforms tab when you choose Manage Emulators and edit Retroarch to make sure you have your Dreamcast platform name listed and the correct core chosen for it.
  6. That would depend on how you have it setup on the current one. If everything is contained withing the Launchbox folder structure (media, roms, emulators) it is usually as simple as copy and pasting the Launchbox folder to the new pc. If you have things stored on different drives or stored outside of Launchbox it would take a bit more work to make sure everything is linked since drive letters/names and folder paths could be different on the new pc..
  7. And an FYI per my prior post there is not a Game Specific setting in Launchbox that controls video settings per game. What he did was set a command line which is not the same thing. Also, that only can work because the emulator allows it.
  8. Launchbox does not control anything that happens in game in an emulator. It has no settings to affect aspect ratio or really any other in game setting. Those are always set and controlled by the emulator. If doing the command line option like @neil9000 mentioned is not possible with redream you could set up a second version of Redream and have it set to 4:3 and then any games you want to run in that aspect point it to that version of Redream.
  9. It would be helpful to know what the error is. Not many people reporting this issue. Just tested a few games myself and was able to delete using edit game options and deleting from the image window. What exact steps are you taking?
  10. Are you talking about importing rom files or importing media files?
  11. You are still not letting us know if the games work when launched directly from the emulator. With Mame. Can you launch and play a game directly from Mame (without using Launchbox)?
  12. LB/BB Startups will not work perfectly with all windows games. It is something Jason has mentioned since the implementation of this option. So there are going to be hits and misses.
  13. As @Mr. RetroLust already mentioned LB does not need the bios so it will never import any support files an emulator may need to run games. It is up to the user to set-up the emulator correctly and make sure the games work in the emulator first. Then when you add the games to LB you should have little to no issues. LB only imports game files.
  14. First thing to determine is do your NeoGeo games work when you run them directly in Retroarch (without using Launchbox)?
  15. Retro808

    Space bar config

In game controls are configured in the emualtor not in Launchbox. Since you are using Retroarch you need to map your controls directly in Retroarch.
  16. A quick search of Launchbox threads found this. Maybe try what CDBlue mentions in his post.
  17. Yes, you leave all those "skips" checked. By unchecking them you added all the nonworking and unnecessary junk. That's why they are checked by default.
  18. @C-Beats gave you the steps. Can you go to where he is advising and share pics of the Details tab and the Associated Platforms tab It is at the top of Launchbox. Look for "Tools" It is actually >Tools>Manage Emulators
  19. Do you have your SNES platform name listed in the Associated Platform (the name needs to match exactly as you have SNES named in Launchbox) and the correct core chosen? If you are using the latest versions of LB you do not need to enter command lines. You just choose the core.
  20. Escape is just how many emulators exit a game/close the emulator. There is not much Launchbox can do about that. It is not really a problem for many since that is what they would want it to do. You might be able to use a AutoHotKey script to do what you need.
  21. When it does not work what exactly happens? Does the game still show or does it go to a black screen? Are you using LB/BB Startup Themes? If you turn that off for this emulator does it change anything?
  22. Looks right. Start+Select works in other emulators to close them? What happens if you hit that combo twice in RPCS3? I notice sometimes it randomly does not work on the first try?
  23. Works fine for me. Can you post a pic of where you pasted it?
