  1. Just add the console name you want. You can type a name in the field. You are not confined to what is in the drop down list. Just make sure if you do not use Arcade as the platform for your name roms to set the Scrape As to "Arcade". That way if you ever re-scrape or if you deleted all the original import media you can be sure it scrapes correctly.
  2. No, not as a setting in the LB UI. It is based on emulator since that is what the delay affects.
  3. Did you buy a lifetime license? Or a yearly? If you do not remember just double click your License.xaml and look for <forever> line of code. True means lifetime. False is a yearly and requires a renewal after the year is up.
  4. Paste the code in the "Running AHK" tab. The Exit AHK tab is for helping with exiting from the Pause Menu exit option.
  5. In the theme's folder go into the views folder. You will need to edit the platform view xaml for the view you are using in BigBox. Edit the xampl file with something like Notepad++. Look for the section of code below in the "Fading Wheel" spot and change the "Value="0" in the last EasingDoubleKeyFrame line to read "1" instead of "0" (It is the line I have highlighted). You might also want to do the same in the section for the "Pointer".
  6. You say you have an exit AHK. If you paste that AHK in the “Exit AHK” tab in the edit emulators screen for ePSXe that should help when exiting from Pause menu. The Exit AHK tab is specific for the exit option in the pause menu.
  7. Take a look at Dos’s post at the end of this thread from Wed. This might be a method you can try.
  8. It is an affect of the dynamic box sizing. With the dynamic sizing on the scroll would be jerky and not smooth so Jason turned off something in the scrolling that makes it not move until it is released. It was mentioned in the beta testing thread.
  9. Yeah those who bought a license before the price increase this year were grandfathered into the old pricing structure.
  10. Any chance you are running MSI Afterburner/Riva Tuner? If so, add an exception to it for LaunchBox/BigBox. That has been one thing with windows updates we see cause issues. I believe though a recent update to MSI Afterburner does not affect it, but I would still take a look if you are running either of those.
  11. You could try making your own theme.
  12. I do not think it is. It will retain as you move in/out of platforms, but resets on LB launch. List view does not show badges since it already has columns for those listings the badges pull from. You can just reorganize those columns to show after the game name. Columns in the list view are moveable (left and right).
  13. Do you have attract mode turned on by chance? That feature will auto scroll after a certain period of time depending on how long the timer is set.
  14. You are looking in the wrong place. You need to look in >Tools>Options and make sure you are in the Legacy section. In the middle pane of the Legacy you will see Images and then the Priorities for each type.
  15. Folder names have not changed. I am running several machines with either latest LB version, latest beta, or another version and all image folders remain the same as they have been for quite some time.
  16. What solutions have you tried.]? That would help exlude and narrow some things down. Also you really do not need to uninstall LaunchBox if you want to try to install a version again. Just go into the \LaunchBox\Updates folder and run the installer again. LB really does not install on a system.
  17. Download the new version of that theme. @Mr. RetroLust updated it. He also included badges to match the theme in a separate download.
  18. @shadowfire That’s good to hear. Really is a clean looking theme. I use a custom theme I made but yours will take its place one you drop it.
  19. What emulator and what platform? provide pics of the below: In Launchbox go to >Tolls>Manage Emulators and edit the emulator you are using . Provide pics of the Detail tab and the Associated Platforms tab Then right click on a game in Launchbox and choose edit. Provide pics of that screen showing the Launcher tab and the Emulation tab
  20. You would need to recode the whole theme. There are a few 4:3 theme’s in the download section. If those do not suit your liking you can try you hand at making one. One of our forum members has been developing a program that makes theme making easy.
  21. Oh Yeah I have those. I was talking about the individual dated ones like in my pic. Which I was I thought he was referencing.
  22. I would not overwrite an existing corrupted document. The best path is remove (do not delete it yet) the corrupted file from the \Launchbox\Data folder. Then copy one of the dated files and paste it into the \Launchbox\Data folder and rename it Listcache.xaml and test. Zipped file? Are you manually backing up your data and saving in a zipped file? The list cache backups should appear as an xml file in the \Launchbox\Backups folder. Like the image below.
  23. Have you opened that xml to see if you see anything suspect? Having a corrupt xml could cause update issues. Check the end of the document if you see messed up text that would be the issue. It should end like the image below. You say going into the backups does nothing. How are you using the backup file?
  24. I doubt it would have been on the plan to fix in the future, this is likely the first ever post about someone using LaunchBox and that desktop environment. Does LB work fine on your system if you use it in a standard Windows environment? What is the issue report popup saying?
  25. You can just delete all those games. LaunchBox will not delete any media or data you downloaded for the games. When you get your new updated romset and run the importer again it will attach any media you already have. Speaking of just working that is what the full importer does. It uses Mame's data to only import "working" roms. As long as it is a good rom set, once you have it working in Mame (meaning you downloaded mame and mapped your rom path to it) and then imported games into LB, the only thing you may need to do is change button mapping to suit your likes.
