  1. Yeah, Windows/Your GPU were telling Retroarch to run at 30 as that is what your desktop was set to.
  2. Are you running Launchbox as a administrator? If so don,t as it can cause issues like this.
  3. To be honest i would recommend not using the triggers and just use the shoulder buttons. The SNES didnt have analog buttons after all, just digital.
  4. Yeah same here, i cleaned out my box-front folder and ran the scraper, i now have no box-front images at all. Not that i was using them but i will if i can scrape them.
  5. OK, by that statement then i assume you have not told MAME where your roms are. MAME needs to know the rom path to be able to load your games, you can either do this through the UI or by adding your rom path to the mame.ini which will be located in your MAME emulator folder along side the mame64.exe. If you open that in notepad or notepad++ you can add your rom path to the appropriate section, which i have highlighted here, then save the file.
  6. This is already possible, just add music to the Launchbox/Music/background folder.
  7. OK, a couple of things to clear up here first. @azraelblack777 if you have a full 0.211 romset and 0.211 version of the emulator and used the MAME fullset importer then all of the games imported will work. Launchbox uses the actual MAME metadata to know which games work and which dont and only imports the working games. If you left all the settings at default in the wizard then you should have around 2816 games imported. If you are getting missing files when trying to load directly from MAME then either MAME does not know your rom location, or you have a bad romset. Can you provide some images of your rom folder, your MAME.ini with the rom path and your MAME emulator settings from Tools/Manage emulators. @Revnmaynard For the example you give of 1942 all versions should work, and like i said above if using the MAME fullset importer only working games are imported. What MAME romset and emulator version are you using?
  8. You need to edit your playlists by right clicking on them. As you can see in this image i go to the parents tab then use the + next yo the Arcade category to expand it. I have three different platforms under my Arcade category, but you probably just have the one. So simply check the box for the platform you want the playlist to appear under. Her i chose the Platform i use with my Arcade Stick.
  9. I would think if it was premium only you wouldn't be able to switch to it period. So i think something else is going on. Very strange that it would be isolated to that one setting though.
  10. Close Launchbox, go to your Launchbox/Data folder and move the settings.xml out to the desktop for a minute. Start Launchbox it will recreate that file with default settings and see if it sticks, you can just copy it back in after.
  11. What version of Launchbox are you on? what theme are you using, default? do you have premium or the free version?
  12. I just tested here by using the "View" dropdown to switch to list view then quit and re-started Launchbox and that view stuck.

    PC Games

Yep, i personally have a Steam platform, (for Steam games obviously) and a Windows Platform where i keep all my games from other services. Steam. Windows.
  14. @Jason Carr There may be a translation error in the Brazillian Portuguese translation. I'm not sure who does that translation to tag them personally. See details in this thread. EDIT: @Cauptain i think.
  15. Sounds like a oversight to me, i dont use sort names or list view though so have never noticed. @Jason Carr maybe you want to take a look before you put out the official build?
  16. Make sure that you have the "Game Details" screen enabled, as that is where it is shown just before you launch a game.
  17. Just to add, my system is a Ryzen 7 1700x and a GTX 1060, and i have never experienced this issue.
  18. I would also recommend depending on you PC specs to try one of the beetle cores for PS1, the standard core uses software rendering, but the HW core will allow upscaling the graphics if you have a dedicated GPU in your system. PCSX REARMED is actually the worst of the three cores available for emulating PS1.
  19. I assume you mean specifying the core? If so there are some defaults that are pre-populated in Launchbox when you add Retroarch as a emulator that can be changed to what you actually want to use. As all systems will vary in performance and users will also have preferences on which cores they want to use. There are a few there that i personally change, as i have a fairly decent PC so can use some of the more demanding cores that are not selected by default.
  20. Hi and welcome to the forums. Have you specified the PS1 platform to use PCSX ReARMed? I assume you have Retroarch setup in Launchbox correctly and other systems are working? If so have you told Launchbox which core to use for your PS1 system, i believe it is using beetle by default, so you need to change that. Go to Tools/Manage Emulators, double click Retroarch and go to the "Associated Platform" tab and find PS1, and double click in the core box to open the dropdown and choose the core. Also you will need to make sure that the platform name in the associated platform tab matches EXACTLY what you called the platform in Launchbox, case also matters.
