    you dont merge the old addon themes, there are new addon themes for 2.0 that you merge into the default 2.0 theme.

    Yes, a premium emumovies subscription is required for gameplay videos. Images are downloaded from both our database and emumovies with the free account, but we do not host videos in our database, that is emumovies domain so we leave that to them.

    If they are downloaded from within the Launchbox UI they automatically get put in the correct location. So they must of come from somewhere else. Glad you got it all sorted though.

    Yes, you can add clear logos and Platform videos to there respective folders in the themes, and if they are not there you can create them. Launchbox will always use images/videos that are in the in use theme folder before looking to the standard folders.

    No probs, it's also in the "View" dropdown at the top of the screen with various other view related toggles.

    There should be a list of platforms on the left side of the screen, looks like you toggled it off. Use CTRL S to bring it back.

    Check that your firewall isnt blocking the Launchbox.exe.

    Game videos do not go along side the game rom,they go in there own folders, Launchbox/Videos/Name of platform. Looks like you have separate views per platform turned on, so you can change each platforms view independently. You can turn that option off in Options/Views so when you change it in one platform they will all change.

    Yes that is already possible, go to tools/options/images, you will see priorities for each image type, just check the ones you want ans use the up and down to change the order they will appear in. For example here is my 3D box one, it will show images in that order if there is no 3D box image available.

    Yes it seems like you have auto updates on. That means it "auto updates" funnily enough without asking you first. Maybe turn that off, and only update when you know what the update does?

    I am not of course Jason Carr. i had a pretty powerful PC, i thought...but in older versions i could not use VLC, for whatever the reason was, it didnt like my system at all. So i used WMP it worked flawlessly for me, with the side effects of adjusting volumes and such in bigbox made no difference. (they only work in VLC). I know have the new updated VLC, and the playback is so much better.

    OK, yeah there stuff concerning MAME and the like is now i believe 7 versions old, it may still be available within some reasons but its old i believe by having a quick look they are stuck on, or around. 0.199 So if that is what you are using, stick to the 0.199 MAME version and do not update your emulator or romset. They are numbered for reason.

    It's cool, @DOS76 is just a grumpy old man. Point stands though as you say, it depends what bios you have, and by the sounds of it @Codeen is grabbing bios and roms from somewhere other than the dome of pleasure, so not current, but using the current version of MAME as the emulator, and there lies the issue.

    You have the platform called Sega Model 3, this is what i said, naming it like that wont find images as its not a platform,its a Arcade board. Right click the platform in the sidebar and choose edit, and change the "scrape as" to Arcade. As for your emumovies login not working then that is a emumovies issue and not one we can help with on the Launchbox forums.
