No she wants LB to scrape the games and then the plugin to copy them to the XBox drive or at least that was how I understood it from another post that explains more in detail what the plugin should do.

Even though it is official and not fan art I think that that is the most likely place to add it and get it approved unless you want to make a bitbucket request to the LBDB bitbucket and request new categories be added to the DB to cover this type of media asset.

you should try running the .bat as an additional app before the game to do so right click on the game and go to edit then go to the additional apps tab and add the .bat you will see check box options to run before or after you launch the actual game you can also probably set an additional app to run the other .bat to change it back whenever you close out of the game.

Okay let me explain the sets a little 1st nonmerged include both parents and clones except every clone contains the file parts of the parents thus the large file size 2nd Split sets contain both parents and clones but the clones only contain the file parts that it needs to be the clone and it will be dependent on the parent for the rest of the files 3rd merged is where there are no separate files for the clones as they are all contained in the parent rom this is troublesome to LB as it can't import any clones due to them not having files for LB to see to import. Basically Split and Non-Merged will work identically in LB but just take up extra space on disk and the whole time that it was being suggested to not use split sets it was because how the new split DC bios was effecting Demul and really didn't have much to do with MAME at all it was a point that really bothered me when those tutorials where coming out and split sets weren't being suggested for no good reason.

That tutorial is outdated and I definitely suggest getting the split set non merged is just so much redundant files over and over again.

yes in LB just go to the bottom right corner and click add this will let you add an individual game.

Plex for PC natively works with controllers out of the box.

For 3a you can have your ROMs named anything and if they closely match entries in the LB database they will get a match so you don't have to have specifically named ROMs which is a big part of the ease of use factor of LB. 3b I imagine it will work with the roms but don't really have experience with roms being included with other folders of media assets.

While DC emulation isn't the best it is more than Okay and still worth emulating so don't be discouraged.

1)Many users have setups that don't use a keyboard and a mouse I'm not one of them even my arcade machine has a mini bluetooth keyboard mouse combo in case I need to get into windows and make some kind of changes but it is possible. 2)The scrapper is good for the most part but depending on the systems there are gaps in certain media types and there are occasionally mismatches on certain games so I'd say while not being perfect its more than adequate. 3)Not really sure about this one but I think you can use your 3d boxes 4)Not that I know of there are these forums and a Discord server though. 5)Well as a mod here and a long term user of LB I consider myself bias but I definitely feel that it is worth it especially when compared to other frontends. 6)If you have unlimited cloud storage backing up there shouldn't be any issue what so ever. 7)LB has no outside of network capability and only has functionality with Windows PCs there are some steaming apps that I believe you can use with Nvidia Shield and other so if IPhone has one of those it is possible I suppose but outside of my knowledge

well you would need to really know what specific i5 it is if its a 1st gen chip compared to a 8th gen chip it would be a huge difference if its at least 3rd gen or up I would say it will probably do what you want and I would suggest getting that 760 from him instead of the 550

Click add in the bottom bar and then manually add just the one rom if you find any other specific games add them individually

That is all going to be subjective to the player and whether they like full collections or just specific games so I really can't answer for anyone else but myself and I find it worth having a DC emulator set up.

Since that is such a small list of the DC library I would say that yeah its worth having a DC emulator.

Try Importing them with MAME as the emulator and then edit to make the emulator RL after the import is finished to see if you get better results.
