@GunerX You can just rename them in LaunchBox. Just Right click on Super Metroid and hit edit and you can rename it to whatever you like. Edit: Oh I see what you are saying,my method probably will not work because you are using multiple versions of the same game. I don't use rom hacks so not sure if it will or not.

I think you are correct. Everytime you change the coverflow image quality the cache has to rebuld.

WheelArt Logos I'm looking for....if anyone can help, thanks.
kmoney replied to cleverest's topic in Game Media
I am not sure if this is the design you are looking for but @viking has an excellent set with most if not all of them in the set. -
Hmmmm, one piece of software that comes to mind starts with a "H"

All you have to do is drop the xml file into your LaunchBox\Data\Playlists folder and as long as you have those games in your collection. NES Black Box should show up in your playlist section of Launchbox the next time your open LaunchBox. I just downloaded this xml and put it in my folder like I explained above and it worked perfect.

At the top left hand corner inside of LaunchBox click on the View tab and then click on Auto Play Videos.

Back to beta testing we go

Hmmm....I will tag @Jason Carr and maybe he can chime in and shed some light. It is the first time I have heard someone mention about the cache lately but it might be something to look into especially if others out there are having the same issues.
-
@cleverest So are you having this same issue that @Levo_Stone is having up above as well?
-
I think it happens sometime after midnight US time but what exactly time or time zone I do not know
-
Agree, I will be holding off updating until I see some major changes like that or a really good game makes it way onto the playable list.

Looking real good..great playlist choices as well. I like how you used the sprites of characters for your platform image that matched your playlist

@Hexxxer The new font and view is looking good. I think it might have broken the video on at least 2 of the game views as I can no longer get videos to work on the scanline game view anymore. Tried WMP and VLC.

@Hexxxer Glad to see you back at it...the Futurestate theme is one of my favorites! There has been a lot of great features added since Futurestate was created..I would love to see a fullscreen platform view added with Grilla's code of the faded in and out clear logos and maybe some added game views but whatever you do,please do not get rid of the game view with the scanlines. That is my favorite game view but I would maybe like to see the boxart maybe a little smaller in that view since sometimes it blocks the video when using the Hyperspin themes for the arcade platform. I am a sucker for scanlines Whatever you come up with I am sure it will be great!

Systems Go Big Box Startup Video
kmoney replied to HallelujahJaffar's topic in Big Box Startup Videos
@HallelujahJaffar I just checked out your video playlist on youtube...very impressive startup videos. I would love to see some of those with the BigBox theme. I agree with @Zombeaver,would love to see a Star Trek one...really like the scanlines. Your talents are welcomed in the community. Looking forward to your Star Trek startup vid @harryoke -
@Jason Carr I was wondering if we could update the VLC version that comes with LB now beacause VLC is at 2.2.6 now and I am not sure if VLC is still using the CFG file that is included with LB either because I made some changes in the cfg file yesterday and I could never see the changes happening with BB although when I made those same changes with standalone VLC I could see the changes I had made right away when I ran VLC. Also after reading the new channel log it says they have fixed the green line with nvidia and amd drivers that some users were having with there videos.

I am sure most of the members would have no problem with this but it would probably be better to reach out to the individual creators to get there permission to be sure
