  2. @CriticalCid I have modified one of the views in your theme v2 a little bit and was wondering if it would be fine to just update the plugins folder to get the new update or would I have to modify xaml as well?
  3. @ZombeaverGreat job on these as I have been incoperating these configs into my setup,saves me a ton of time. I noticed on the spreadsheet that you are using ePSXe on a few games due to issues with Mednafen. Playing around the last couple of nights I have learned the issue with one of the games which is "IS Internal Section". I have found out the reason it hangs is because of a bad english translated patch causing bad sectors. As soon as you remove the patch the game boots normal with Mednafen. Just wanted to let you know.
  4. Bummer about the issues with those games especially Spartan. Thanks for fighting through those configs as some of these games can be tough for sure and have long standing issues.
  5. I agree,I think the bottleneck had a lot to do with the 2GB of ram. I am happy because now I can turn up Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance to 4x IR and turn Blending Accuracy up a notch and still get solid performance. Time for a playthrough
  6. Wow...I didn't realize how much my graphics card was holding me back trying to achieve some of the config settings until I upgraded my graphics today. Most of the configs gave me no problem but a few like the Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance games really struggled with the config unless I moved the IR to 2x, which I am not satisfied with unless I can at least get the resolution up to 3x without any problems. I had a GTX 760 with 2GB Ram which is not terrible but just not enough paired with a 4690K CPU and upgraded to a GTX 1060 with 6GB Ram with the same CPU and wow what a difference with just PCSX2 alone. I always knew my CPU was enough but my graphics card was holding me back for sure. Now the games I was struggling with like the Dark Alliance games run like butter without stutter or frame drops at a high IR.
  7. Looks like some great games on the list.I had almost forgot what a great console the PS2 was. I was curious if the same game was on the Gamecube as well,do you pick the best version between the two or what runs better on Dolphin on what goes into your personal collection?
  8. Great job on getting the Baldur's Gate games configs tweaked, I know they were tough and can be a challenge and some games can struggle with PCSX2 for sure. Hopefully one day PCSX2 can be comparable to Dolphin with some of the games. I know right now Dark Alliance on GameCube in Dolphin is way more advanced and plays great with no configuration at all other than increasing the IR up to 4x Native and AF at 16X and is rock solid for the most part.
  9. I noticed that as well when I was trying to download some configs. It would not download any of the GSdx.ini files in none of my configs.
  10. Special thanks to @alec100_94 for adding RocketLauncher support. Guys if any of you have not tried this plugin, you are missing out if you use PCSX2. The ease of this plugin in addition to @Zombeaver configs that it downloads makes it so simple.
  11. Yes, disc swapping is handled through the Pause menu as well. If you want to know further info,feel free to start another thread or use one of the other RocketLauncher threads on the forums so we do not crowd @alec100_94's thread here.
  12. Yes,there is something odd with this game for sure. The same thing happened to me when I switched over to D3D with the plugin config settings as it seemed like my whole computer locked up. When I just tried it with D3D default settings it doesnt crash or lock up but it looks like crap of course with default settings. I am going to keep messing with it to see if I can find the culprit.
  13. Hmmm that is strange. I did read that in the notes although mine actually crashes and closes pcsx2. I am on the newest development build as well. I have been trying to pinpoint what is the actual setting in opengl that is making it crash for me by changing one setting at a time. It even crashes with default settings with opengl but does not with default settings with D3D11 Hardware.
  14. @Zombeaver Have you had any problems with Skygunner crashing with OpenGL? Mine crashes with opengl enabled as soon as press start to skip the opening video. When I switch to D3D11 Hardware it does not crash.
  15. One other thing I noticed is the cheats_ws folder that comes with the development builds and the stable builds is outdated and its better to download the one in the pcsx2 widescreen thread on there forums as it is updated with all the new patches.
  16. @Suhrvivor I checked the pcsx2 log and it looks like it checks for the cheats_ws folder zipped or unzipped. I just keep mine unzipped as well because its not like its a huge file.
  17. @Zombeaver I just wanted to say great job on the configs and thanks for them. Honestly I never spent much time messing with pcsx2 because you would get one game running great and then the next game would not run as great with those same settings. Your configs makes it so much easier now and I actually want to play the games.
  18. @alec100_94 I understand. I have my entire LaunchBox library launching with Rocketlauncher as I like the fade screens and bezels that it provides along with handling unzipping rar,gcz and 7z games with ease. I also like that you can pull up a Rocketlauncher pause menu within games to use save and load states along with viewing manuals or stategy guides to the games or watch videos about the game you are currently playing. I wouldn't say it offers an advantage for PS2 games but Rocketlauncher has features that I enjoy. If it is too hard to making the plugin work with Rocketlauncher I totally understand...no worries at all as I can continue to use RL game configs.

  20. I know how to use rocketlauncher really well but I am not to sure if I could be of much help with that, but I did find a rocketlauncher wiki section about how rocketlauncher uses command line.   23. It could be that I use rocketlauncher with launchbox so rocketlauncher is chosen as my emulator for all my platforms so all my emulators stored in a emulators folder. Can this plugin work with rocketlauncher since rocketlauncher controls all my emulators and LaunchBox basically is just the frontend and never knows where my emulator locations are since rocketlauncher controls all that?
