  1. Its a image of the platform, like in your case you can see the image of the GBA behind those lists. It can be shown in Bigbox themes if they are coded to use it.
  2. Yeah, doing it via the "save core remap file" just means that the actual remap itself is saved to its own file in its own folder. So if you cock up and save a core override that breaks the system (shader incompatibility, a graphics option your PC doesnt support) you can delete the override without losing your controller mappings, also you can just copy the remaps to other builds without having to use the exact same override, as the other PC may need different settings..
  3. If it is telling you "0 games imported" then those games are already imported. Its likely they are missing some media and that you have one of the "hide games missing media" options checked under the View dropdown at the top of the UI.
  4. They are then saved in your Retroarch/Configs/Remaps folder.
  5. What @Retro808 said, however you dont need to save a actual override when setting controls. In the same menu that you change your controls is a "save core remap file" option, use that to save the controls.
  6. You have the emulator called Sega Mega Drive, what is the actual emulator you are using?
  7. Can you right click a game and go to edit and take a pic of it, also in that screen click the "Emulation" tab and take a pic of that to. Thanks.
  8. If its just a grey cart back, or the data side of a CD, why would you want to look at them? Or am i missing something obvious?
  9. That error is nothing to do with the new Startup/Shutdown screens. It simply looks like you are using a script to launch the Game/Emulator and it can not be found at the location E:/PC which would be a folder called PC on your E: drive.
  10. That looks like you are launching games via some sort of script, is that the case?
  11. How are the roms named, are they "Game name (europe)"?
  12. That box at the bottom is actually the music player, so it would normally say the name of game.mp3 or similar when playing music. Have a look inside your Launchbox/Music/Arcade folder and see if you have any rogue text files in there.
  13. The error has"AppHang" and "Retroarch" so it definitely looks like a retroarch exclusive issue to me. Do you have it running from a slow drive or a network share at all?
  14. It shows the actual game name, then the path to the zip file as well.
  15. Launchbox. Click on your Arcade platform then Tools/Audit Name of Platform.
  16. The cloud sync is not backup, it's just a way for you to show off your collection to others. All it does is scan your platform.xml files and uses our database to display images for the games you have, nothing was ever actually uploaded from your local setup.
  17. No, this is because of what i said above. To download a torrent you first need the torrent file which you add to your torrent client in order to download it. That torrent file is unique to you and has a unique passkey identifier that connects it to your account, so that they can keep track of if you are sharing or not. If you are seen to be "leeching, or hit and running" by blocking upload and deleting the torrent once it is downloaded you will be banned from the site.
  18. No, all private trackers are like that. You need to sign up without one but can use it to actually download. Its because the attach a passkey to your account and IP so they know you and can monitor your share ratio.
  19. Its part of the program, therefore Launchbox checks at boot that all the files it needs are in place, and if they are not it re-creates them and adds them back before launching, dosbox and scumm vm are both Incorporated into the program and its UI as certain Tools and UI elements rely on them being there, so you cannot remove them im afraid as they are required files.
  20. Those things like dosbox and scumm are part of the Launchbox install and will always be re-created at launch, they really take up no space at all.
  21. I wasnt rude, i was just saying that they are clearly posted in the "Game Theme Video" section.
  22. These are clearly marked and in the Video section of the downloads.
  23. To be honest im not sure, but having everything checked would make sense to me to download everything.
