  1. Not sure if there is a better way than this, but if you go into Launchbox and click on your Mame/Arcade platform then go to tools\audit it will open up a form that is used to audit media files. In that form if you sort by the "File Path" column it will sort the rom files and allow you to see the game title it is linked to if it did indeed import that rom file you are looking for.
  2. Kind of why I only really update when there is something substantial to make me want to update. Don't always need the latest if it is not that much of an update.
  3. The discount for Emumovies is only for purchase of their lifetime membership. At least that's what it shows on my email from over a year ago.
  4. Here is a snap of my CPS3 image folders.
  5. No you are not looking in the wrong place. Emumovies does not have a lot on those kind of obscure systems. It can be kind of hard to find videos. You can post on our platform media subforum and see if someone would step in and make one. There are some content creators that share some work freely, but also have a patreon for most of their work.
  6. Yeah it is definitely a breeze now. But it just makes you miss when you had it even easier.
  7. Man I have to catch up and get to patching my roms. I miss when a certain someone used to have these posted already to go. I mainly just want to patch for @Lordmonkus sweet box art.
  8. Its just a matter of semantics if you have seen any of his videos on his youtube channel. In his complete set-up videos you can see some systems are broken down into their subsets. For example Irem he has each in its own platform Irem M52, Irem M62, Irem M72, Irem M97. Not to mention as @Dan said the playlists.
  9. No worries. Leaving out "fully" in my original post made it a completely different statement, hence the edit Yeah that is something I do as well with the series field. Especially to help with auto populating playlists I may make. Definitely would be useful to have it search the series field.
  10. Yes true. If a game does not have series filled in then it would not find the game. If you look back at my post I edited it. so you quoted old text.
  11. I think this issue is that unless all your games in your Launchbox have the series field populated it still would not work fully. Edit: already mentioned.
  12. You can also map a button to trigger attract mode when you want it. So you can set it to 3 minutes as you want and then when done playing in 3 minutes it kicks in. Or if you map a key, when done playing you can hit the key and attract mode starts right up. It will still cycle through at the interval you set.
  13. Take a look at this thread. It will help with what you want to do.
  14. I have not messed with this emulator, but I did just install it and it works without much fuss. if it work outside Launchbox and not inside than it is likely you are missing something in your set-up. In Launchbox go to manage emulators and make sure you are pointing to the correct .exe in the emulator details tab and in the associated platforms tab make sure you have the name of the Intellivision platform listed there exactly as you have it named in your Launchbox set-up.
  15. No. It is in mine. Is your CPS3 a playlist or a platform.

You can create a playlists in Launchbox and they will show up in BigBox. Additionally some members have shared playlists they made here. You can simply take the .xml file and copy it into your \Launchbox\Data\Playlists folder. To make a playlist in LB just click the drop down box in the left window pane of Launchbox and choose playlist. In that view just right click an empty space and choose "add" and the add playlist window will show up. You can also simply right click on a game and choose "Add to Playlist" then "New Playlist". So those are a couple ways to go about making your own.
  17. @Guywiththegun I am sorry to hear you feel you are on your own and that response here is lacking. I know the forum members and mods try their best to help all members. The lack of responses might be that not many seem to report that they are experiencing your issue and therefor many forum contributors and mods as well may not have specific answers to what could be causing your issue. I have several set ups in my home with systems ranging from low end spec to a heavy beast of a gaming pc and have not experienced what you mentioned. So at best, I could only spitball ideas which @Lordmonkus and @UltimatePistachio have done. What type of controller are you using? Do you have any 3rd party input applications running (such as Xpadder , x360e, or the like)? I know you said it occurs in all themes you used, but have you tried using a minimal style theme and have it show only images (no videos) and see if it still persists?
  18. How small are you looking? With BigBox I have used 7”, 10”, and larger monitors for marquees on my builds. The 7 and 10 I have gotten off Amazon (US) but just checked Amazon (UK) and they have similar ones listed.
  19. I would say the short answer to your real question is most any emulator you choose to use works best with Launchbox. Most set-up easily with Launchbox with no fuss. Add a new emulator and point LB to the .exe, make sure the associated platform of the emulator is linked to your platfrom name you entered into LB and import your roms. Some may require a certain box checked or unchecked in the manage emulators screen or maybe even a certain parameter entered. That really is it for a lot of emulators you may use. The main big fuss is getting the emulator set up and running correctly versus getting it working in Launchbox.
  20. Thanks for posting. In the Samsho4 video the logo reads "Samurai Showdown VI" which is 6. Should show "IV" for 4.
  21. No. I do not belive that piece of the header can be edited by the user.
  22. No. Just right click on the BigBox.exe and they are check boxes for them. Should be under compatibility options.
  23. Have you tried either "disable fullscreen optimizations" or "Override high DPI scaling" for BigBox.exe and see if either have an affect on it. Not sure if it will but worth a troubleshoot attempt.
