  1. Be easier just to delete all of them from Launchbox then reimport them once you remove the files you don't want. When doing so don't check any media to download when importing though because deleting the game won't remove the media and you will grab it twice.
  2. Games belong to platforms, not playlists. Can delete the playlists all day long and not lose a single game.
  3. Forgot to ask, what version of LaunchBox are you running?
  4. Best way is to just rebuild your image cache (Tools > Refresh All Images). That will delete your cache in it's entirety and rebuild it as you use LaunchBox. You will notice some slow down and your CPU will kick it into high gear while rebuilding the cache, but once complete should operate like it normally does.
  5. I would go to Options > Integrations > Origin and log out and log back in and check. If it still doesn't make sure you have the right account (only say that because I for some reason have two and made that mistake myself).
  6. Yes. You can import games from your Origin library regardless of install state. It should also pick up games added to your library via their game pass thing (can't remember what they call it).
  7. No logs don't go back in time and build themselves. You will need to turn it on and should you run into the issue again then look for the log file.
  8. First step would be to launch LaunchBox and turn on debug logging. Then when you see it happen you can check the \\Launchbox\Logs\ directory for the most recent log and see if there is an explanation there.
  9. Those reporting this issue please see the following thread: https://forums.launchbox-app.com/topic/54815-big-box-audio-shuffle-not-changing-tracks/
  10. For those experiencing this issue please see:
  11. It has been brought to Jason and I's attention that many users are having issues within Big Box with background music not changing tracks correctly. I'm having a hard time replicating and was hoping I could get some more information from people with this issue. If you are having this issue if you could please send me the following: Your BigBoxSettings.xml file (\\LaunchBox\Data\) Let me know what the contents are (or a screenshot) of the contents of \\Launchbox\Music\Background\ If you have any files in the other folders in the above folder path would appreciate if you could send me those as well (screenshots or content list, not the actual music file)
  12. Thanks for all the help and information @GreatStone. Much appreciated.
  13. So far the theme looks really cool. Be fun to see where you end up. Keep up the good work.
  14. This was done intentionally to allow the numeric sorting to work. We take the SortTitle that game has been given via the user and then format it to make the sort appear correctly.
  15. Neil isn't showing the field though that Jason is talking about. Hit the "Edit Application" button. On the screen that open go to the second tab and look for a field labeled "Disc" there needs to be a number in that field.
  16. Been looking into this thread and I'm having problem replicating. Could I get some more information from you? Is there certain games/emulators you see this with? Does it happen more for one game/emulator then others? Do all of your keyboard automations stop working when the pause stops working? Have you always had this problem? If not, when did you start seeing it? Any other information you have you think may be useful I'll gladly take as well.
  17. Good to hear, glad you got it worked out.
  18. Run the installer fresh and place LaunchBox in a non-system folder. Placing things in user folders can sometime causes file permission issues with LaunchBox. Also make sure you are not running LaunchBox "As administrator" as it breaks relative pathing.
  19. Please send an email to support@unbrokensoftware.com explaining what you have explained here. Sending your license file in that email would help as well.

    Playlists

Go to your playlist inside of LaunchBox, right click and hit edit. Check the following box:
  21. Do you have m3u generation turn off or on when you are experiencing this?
  22. Just tried every method I saw in this thread, and I'm not able to replicate this at all. Could either of you give me the exact steps you took to see what you saw? Also include any details about what buttons you pressed during the import process (as well as how you started the process, ie drag n drop vs rom import button in tools menu)
  23. Just leave Win10 start as normal and put Big Box in your startup folder. Then both explorer and Big Box run at PC start up an in the correct order for the volume automation to work. You may have a second or two that you see the desktop when doing it this way though.
  24. Now THAT'S a new one. Not sure I've ever seen that before. Really not sure what would cause something like that except a corrupted DLL. Anyway you can do a fresh install just to see if it happens in that one? You wouldn't need to import any games to it. Make sure you put it in a different folder so it doesn't mess with the current one.
