Id go with the delete the platform and re-import with the emulator already set. Then everything imported will use the same emulator.

There is a sound option in setting of retroarch, but it should work by default. Did you mess with settings? Secondly what are you running it on? it may need hdmi or phono or headhones??

Hi and welcome to the community. Unfortunately that's not possible, the steam import just looks at your entire collection and adds all your games.

Then you need to tell the games to use rocketlauncher not dolphin. Click on a gamecube game then ctrl a to highlight them all, right click one and choose edit, then in the dropdown pick emulator, then the second dropdown choose rocketlauncher then finish out the wizard.

Some more information here would be helpful, which emulator is this happening with, is it just one platform or all of them, you say bezels are not working but Launchbox has no control over bezels that's down to the individual emulators, so it sounds like your emulator is the problem here not launchbox. If you can supply more information we will try to help you out.

Higan needs a high clocked cpu, I'm guessing as that is a laptop chip its lower clocked than the desktop equivalent, you can try it and see. If its too slow try the bsnes balanced or bsnes performance cores.

Yeah, it could also be that the emulator is zipped and launchbox will be looking for a .exe.

Drag and drop works just fine in the normal Launchbox, what is the error you are getting? Also usually when you get the 0 games imported its either because they are already imported, or because you didn't set a platform for the games you are importing.

Drag and drop is not hooked up in Next yet, its still a work in progress.

OK I'm late in here clearly, but there is a option to not update MAME right, I mean its not in the menu specifically but isn't that the point?

I'm not actually sure if that is intentional behaviour or not. What I would suggest off the top of my head would be to create a playlist of favourites that auto populates, so whenever you favorited something it is automatically added to the playlist, then have Bigbox launch into a playlist rather than all games. I haven't tested this though.

I think they look great in the Unfied theme personally, but of course at the end of the day it comes down to personal tastes.

Eh? a controller works just fine for these controls. That's called controller automation, and is totally in Launcbox and Bigbox.
