  1. Just download the entire set I made and I bet that will take care of most of your missing images. There's photoshop files in there also for when you need to make a one-off image here or there.
  2. No I mean that it never starts up. Literally crashes right away. I read somewhere it doesn't play well with amd stuff. So that is probably it. It worked on my Intel computer though.
  3. Yeah my banner image folder is 5 gigs! And that's not including the arcade platform! it would be great if someday launchbox could pull the assets in the fly and compile them in this format. I posted links to download my images folder in the bannerbox images thread.
  4. I was going to make this into a custom arcade control panel to plug into my PC,...but just never got around to it, and don't think I ever will. I have all the button holes and trackball holes plotted out on the vinyl sticker. Bought a hole drill bit for the button holes. Got all the buttons, got the ipac 2 player interface, with spinner and trackball hookup. If you didn't want the metal control panel or wood enclosure, I could just sell the hardware as well. I think around 50 is a pretty decent price for it all. Let me know what you think.
  5. What about using the platform categories and child playlists?
  6. Finally finished all of the genre banners for my setup, and platform category image tweaks. I'm almost 100% sure I have gotten every image through the community theme creator correctly. It was often a very manual process of re-importing clear logos or boxes into my launchbox because for some reason certain games only showed the box, or the clear logo, or nothing on the banner. But by re-importing the offending image, the community theme creator would then see it correctly and export it correctly. I say almost 100% sure, because I was manually scanning my image folders looking for banners that got through the export process with missing pieces. So I may have missed a few. If you find any banners that slipped through the cracks and are missing elements please let me know. Also updated with my Bannerbox theme template working folder in case anyone wants to further tweak, or do any custom work with the photoshop files. Images folder to put into Bannerbox Theme folder: https://mega.nz/file/3R4CTDhL#2Tb14Kj8ivg_3kEixVN_NGmymgMRQpdEe6cE5A9K0O0 Bannerbox Theme template folder: https://mega.nz/file/eRgSzDaJ#ynAtRaOD8yiGS-IcuCrFy_tE8blGWL4SytXK1m1hup4 Can'tseem to ever finish an upload to the downloads section (it always stalls) My bannerbox theme Images folder is 5 gigs! Arcade banner images to be placed in the Theme's folder (\LaunchBox\Themes\BannerBox\Images\Games\Custom Images 1\Arcade) : https://mega.nz/folder/qFZGVDDQ#KaJ40elKfh6VuPhAPAIe8Q
  7. I haven't offered to pay for a plug-in, but I've offered to pay extra for feature implementation.
  8. Thank you for making this! I was just thinking about making a Wii Virtual Console platform, and hoping there would be some artwork around.
  9. I would just leave them plugged in and map them to what you need. in MAME, you can run through the mapping on your "keyboard" (arcade controls), and then run back through them with the controllers and it should just add them to apply to the bindings. Mine looks a little like this: Player 1 button 1= Joy1 button3/Kbd K/Joy2 button 5. I forget exactly the words used, but it basically means that on your first run through you mapped joy1, second run through you mapped keyboard letter K, and third run through you mapped Joy2. So all of those will apply to that mapping.
  10. WiiWare has some different genres than most of my platforms. I'd like to know what font that was as well. In fact, a master list of all fonts used would be really nice to have so we can make our own for the occasional one that isn't here already.
  11. I wonder if there are any plans to comb through the shooter vs. shoot 'em up genres in the future? I know it is incredibly time consuming to get genres ironed out. I love what is in place so far, and appreciate the work put into launchbox. It is pretty amazing. I just really like my schmups. Oh, and Beat 'em ups are also all lumped in under the Fighing genre. Which I think of as vs. fighting games like street fighter and the like, not double dragon beat 'em ups.
  12. I just want a separate shoot 'em up genre for consoles. By default, it is all lumped under the Shooter genre. I don't have the patience to go check out every single game that fits under shoot 'em up, and curate their way out of the shooter genre.
  13. Indeed! Isn't launchbox just such a breeze compared to HS ? The interface is just leaps and bounds beyond it. I don't think I could ever go back.
  14. I'm pretty sure my steam is damageinc86,...but it could be morsteen as well. I forget which services i use my names for. I only ever really play risk of rain 2 through there though.
  15. Oh, like making the other people mad because you aren't good at it yet? or what? I've been the sucky player in a squad. I've had pretty good luck with not coming across too many toxic people. But like other's have said, that's why the block and mute functions are there. You don't even have to deal with them. block and mute, and they are out of your life.
  16. Has anybody had their yuzu just crash instantly after starting it? It worked fine on my i7 laptop, but won't even launch on my AMD ryzen desktop (launchbox). It just flashes the program window real fast and shuts down right away.
  17. Yeah, I'm sure there would be like 10 different names just for one simple playlist like mario bros. Maybe a bunch of people would rather it be called super mario bros., or simply mario, or mario & luigi, or the mushroom kingdom, or mario & friends, etc., etc. But still would probably be ok for casual people who would accept the launchbox names.
  18. I have a photoshop template that I got from somewhere a long time ago, that was for clear case pc logos. I ditched the clear case and just kept the dimensions it had for the box art layer, and have been throwing my artwork in there and making my own. In most cases it is just a drag n drop procedure. In other cases, I actually have to make my own with whatever artwork I can find. But if I put it in there then they all end up being the same dimensions, so it looks nice and uniform.
  19. Yeah i dropped a dll i think, and an ini file in there. Nothing. I must have done something wrong, but it seemed pretty straight forward, so I don't know what I might have done incorrectly. But, oh well. Maybe someday I'll give it another shot.
  20. Well, I honestly could be too dumb to understand it. But I just opened it up and moved things around, and none of my emulators saw the new order. So I don't know anything past that. It was probably a year ago. Have they made any updates lately?
  21. Yeah I heard about devreorder, but couldn't get anything to influence anything. So I gave up.
  22. Oh I know about it! I'm still working my way through my genre art for the banner box theme. Little by little over the last 4 months. Still have a lot to go, but it will look amazing when finished. P.S. which album is your favorite? Far beyond driven? La sexorcisto?
  23. Yeah that cabinet artwork looks really good. It would be fun to browse cabs like that. Or browse full cabs. I like the other views too, but I don't want to switch frontends, I love Launchbox. But some of these other themes and artwork are really great.
  24. I'm still trying to find an answer to whether or not windows changes the joyid once you turn the wireless controller off and back on. Because then mapping it to an emulator is useless, as the mappings won't apply next time it's turned on if it happens to not land on the right order.
  25. I think they do have dreamcast and N64 adapters. I use the mayflash adapter for 4 gamecube controllers. I use wired xbox360 controllers for dreamcast and n64.
