  1. Have you moved the mame.ini out of the ini folder into the root folder? This needs to be done, there is a weird bug with MAMEUI that when games are loaded from command line it doesnt read the .ini from the ini folder, but it reads it fine if its in the root folder.
  2. Do your settings match these? Also do you have the bios file, and is demul pointed to it?
  3. The command line is correct, but are you using the same demul as you use for dreamcast?
  4. F in retroarch is for fullscreen/windowed modes, so thats what is happening there. You will either need to change the default for your arcade stick to something else, or change the fullscreen key in retroarch.
  5. Do you have a antivirus? Is it being over protective and deleting files from your Launchbox folder?
  6. Well yeah, thats a very short start video, the way it works now is the video will just play to the end, unless skipped with a button press. Bigbox still has to load though, thats all a startup video does, just covers the program loading, so you will need a longer startup video, or you will have a black screen until Bigbox loads.
  7. Its now incorporated into MAME.
  8. Not one i have seen myself, almost looks like a AHK script, are you using any with redream?
  9. Have you hardcoded a specific font into the theme, meaning it errors out when its changed out for another?
  10. Was asleep when you posted this, but id be happy to test here.

    display

Yeah i use crt shaders myself for that very reason.

    display

I wouldnt say they look bad, its just that they are blown up to a higher res. The original consoles were likely 240p for 16 bit and back, and 240p/480p for 32bit up. so its being stretched to a higher resolution on current displays. And the display tech has changed obviously, you are not using a crt these days.
  13. That will depend on the emulator, im guessing you want fullscreen from within Bigbox but windowed if opening them outside of Bigbox? as the emulator themselves will have a fullscreen option in them which will be remembered once activated then closed. If you only want it fullscreen from Bigbox you will need to find the commandline command for the individual emulators for fullscreen and add them in the manage emutator screens for the emulators.
  14. This has been fixed in the latest release, just update to it.
  15. @Deejus679 ill put this here as i cant reply to reviews, yes although this plugin is great, this feature was built into Launchbox a long time ago. Just create a folder called startup in your video folder and drop any videos in there. They can be named anything you like and a random one will play each time you start Bigbox.
  16. Video snaps come from emumovies and you have to pay them to get them automatically in Launchbox. If you already have snaps or got the low quality ones from the emumovies website then they go in Launchbox/Videos/Name of system. However if you only have the free version of Launchbox you cant use videos period, thats a premium feature only.
  17. I'm guessing you didnt mean to report that 3D box you wanted @jo99?
  18. Then you have something funky going on, the .cfg in the config folder is where it says if a shader is active or not. If you want to start with a completely fresh retroarch then delete the three .cfg you see here, but be warned you will lose everything it will be just like a fresh download. You can also just go to the Retroarch/cores folder and delete them, but i wouldnt as nothing is saved in the actual core.
  19. OK, in that case go to your Retroarch/config folder. You will see folders in there named after the core, open the one you want and delete the .cfg in there.
  20. a) yes the destination folder should be where your other roms are, clrmamepro has moved the files its fixing to a backup folder, so when they are fixed/cleaned they need to go back to the original folder. b) Yes i think so, i have never tried to change my romset type, so i guess there is a different procedure to do so. As you say this way will probably just convert any that are actually changed from 0.201 to 0.202.
  21. What exactly is the problem? That isnt very descriptive to what is actually wrong at the moment, if you can explain a little better what the actual issue is i may be able to help more.
  22. I have been seeing this recently also, what i did was just specify it. On the page where you clicked the box to use the existing path for destination, uncheck it and actually put in the path above it.
  23. In both the system dropdown and the emulator dropdown you can just type anything you like into the empty box.
  24. What do you mean by corrupt? did you change some core settings and they no longer work? If so open your Retroarch folder and find the retroartch-core-options.cfg and open it in notepad or notepad++. Find the lines related to the core and just delete them all, and go to file and save. For example in this image i have highlighted all the Beetle PSX HW core options, then i can just hit delete and save, to restore that core to its defaults.
