    oh yeah I'm sure you have them, just busy, and since it does more for you to have them in, probably won't ever happen. Which is totally understandable. I just really want to use them, but that messes with my eyes and head lol, and then becomes something that drives me insane. Sort of like the original cityhunter background video, it just disoriented me due to its speed, so i found the original and slowed it down with a few other scenes and fades, and it works better for my setup. I love the CityHunter them though, I think it's probably THE best one made so far for BB. Your style of artwork is getting up there too.

    Damn too bad. Project files are nice to have in case of little tweaks like that. But it's always up to the content creator. They are still really nice though!

    ok cool that worked better. 2643 out of 10667 games. Is that saying out of an amount from the LB games database or something?

    ohhh my emulator is rocketlauncher. I'll add a mame emultor and try that import just to get the games in. Can i change it back to rocketlauncher after import?

    I only have 8,000 roms in my rom folder, but for some reason Launchbox has imported 15,000+ games once i imported the directory. Auditing is taking forever, and it somehow found a bunch of casino and fruit machine games, even though I had deleted them all with some rom directory xml delete program, forget what it was called. Can we please get an xml import tool that can take don'stools generated xmls and match that to the appropriate roms in our rom folder? I've only been trying to delete like 30 games at a time in the audit and its taking like 5 minutes each time.

    I wanted a little slower motion video of the city background video that came with the CityHunter theme, so I searched and ended up finding the original video it all came from, called Retrowave Putting it here so it's in a central location instead of buried within a thread, just in case anyone else wants to give it a try.

    After I updated last night, my city hunter theme was displaying the videos in a weird squished trapezoid shape. I restarted and the intro video played twice, and then my entire theme was blank. No more background video, no details, no clear logos, nothing. I restarted again, and same thing: Intro video played twice, and nothing shows.

    I don't know if this is a theme problem. But I notice that my clear logos are blank/white rectangles sometimes on startup, or returning from the options menu. I'm using CityHunter. Also noticed some trouble populating clear logos after i've used the left or right skip to letter option and then move up and down. I went through that a few times with a huge blank black hole for a while.

    I'm sure it's on the way. I'm just enjoying the ride, most everything I think of has eventually been added. Just a few little nagging things, and this is one of them. I have faith that it will get there soon. It was only a while ago that we didn't even have a wheel.

    I still can't make a filter for some reason. The whole program freezes when I click the title dropdown, first option after the main title up top.

    That's a killer video, but what about an alternate video with something more retro gaming related featured? The song there is also great.

    I was trying to set up a filter for the first time ever, and it crashes every time i click into the title field that is down with all the other fields. By the way, can you set a shortcut key/controller button to bring up your filters in bigbox?

    yeah i wonder about the video aspect ratios too. I'm using the metallic theme and everything is squished inside that small square. is that something you can edit in a theme, or does BB have to have a hand in it?

    Startup video is a welcome feature. But can't we have the option to just go into launchbox at the end of the video or on a key/buttonpress instead of a 30 second max? That cuts my usual intro video way short. Also, "Initiallizing BigBox" audio still plays underneath it right before it opens.

    Is there a way to take the scanlines off per system? for example I don't really want scanlines on anything gamecube or newer. But it looks fine on the older systems.

    This is why I would love for Launchbox to be able to import a simple xml game list like those that have already been curated from Hyperspin and/or Don's tools xml generator. There's gotta be a way to do that. MAME is a beast, and with the don's tools program you can make a really nice database with so many filters in a very short time. I could probably add my arcade setup because I also matched my mame games directory to my xml already, so there are no crap mahjong or casino roms in my directory at all. But a full set seems like it might be quite the task to do in launchbox. It would be a great step towards ease of integration if there was an import xml option that looked for those other types of xml's that users are able to make already, and fused those into the launchbox style of xml.

    yeah, hasn't vlc been the way to go as far as players since the late early 2000s? I don't see any reason not to focus on that one, and leave the others to secondary status. I don't have any problems with my LB/BB and the vlc setting. I am just using the metallic theme and a standard view.

    NICE! it would be cool to have this sort of environment be completed for an entire theme throughout launchbox.

    yeah guess ill wait for nested filters to be completed. hopefully there will be a keyboard or controller shortcut for it in bigbox.
